I don't dislike him, but I do find it hard to reconsile his little lost boy, twitchy act, with the resident lothario image he has portrayed in the house. It's all smoke and mirrors with Nick. Played a good game but it won't win him the crown.”

Why shouldn't he. Pete had Tourettes, Eugene had Aspergers and Mikey was blind. People shouldn't be excluded just because they have a disorder...maybe he just wanted to challenge himself.

I agree Vald...what annoys me is that I have had anxiety attacks for over 25 yrs.....Nikki in the store room did NOT have an anxiety attack...she might have got stressed but it is not the same thing!!! Just saying not ranting...

He indeed needed to grow a pair, especially now he does not have Harry's "balls" to cower or titter behind.

Who are we to judge him? no-one knows what has happened to him throughout his life, we don't know what has caused him to be so nervous, something has clearly caused his fear of peoples attitudes towards him maybe coming from a wealthy background has been the cause, maybe being seperated from his parents at an early age sent off to boarding school who knows, but itis clear he does have problems, however i think he does seem to be alot better than when he first went into the house.

It was quite painful watching him make that firts face to face nomination, but since then he has gained more confidence and the last time he delivered his noms he was quite decisive I thought. Overall I think this has been a good experience for him, he certainly seems to have enjoyed himself, he hasn't got involved in any rows except personal ones with Harry, but then I don't think anyone could be with her and not have rows with her, /i think he managed her very well considering. I think he has watched BB for years and has probibly envied those who have had enough courage to enter the show and has wished he could be like that, it was, I should think a big deal for him to apply. I say good on him, and I really hope he goes from strength to strength after it.

I acknowledge your response but still can't fathom why someone with an anxiety disorder would put themselves through such a stressful situation. Nor have I mentioned anyone with a disorder being excluded...please don't put words in my mouth or your own spin on it Vald.

Didn't realise that Eugene had aspergers...when did that come to light

Great post ..you are so right..it can be painful watching him!! I think he deserves a win even if he does not need the money...he needs to know he is a nice person and that people like him!!

Then with Harry everyone molly-cuddled him also...

He's a vile individual and makes me feel physically sick. Always running his hands through his greasy hair, touching his face non-stop and putting his fingers in his mouth... Yuck!

As if his monotone accent wasn't painful enough. All I am saying is how I am baffled at how he has been painted as a saint by all of the housemates. Surely I can't be the only one who can see right through him?? ”

No, you're not the only one. I couldn't stand him from the word go - he has always made my skin crawl for some reason. He's done nothing positive for the house - lounging around in a grubby bathrobe & Gucci loafers, constantly groping a disturbed attention-seeker - ugh!

Oh do come on, nobody deserves a win because they have an anxiety disorder. Notice his anxiery or OCD didn't stop him pursuing two women in the house,

With my utmost respect, I am actually laughing at the idea of someone being "awarded" the BB crown just to be shown how "nice a person he is".

Nick is a clever little nose picking sausage

BIB I apologise.

BIB I was on the forum at that time and there was some speculation which would get shouted down. His mother then confirmed it towards the end of the show....I can't remember if she came on here or if there was an article that was posted on here. Prior to us finding out he had got a lot of grief on here for isolating himself/crying etc.

I did NOT say that he had an anxiety disorder..in fact I said the opposite!!!! Is being a nice person not what BB is about anymore???

I agree.

I haven't bought his act from day one he is full of it, I would rather Danny or Chloe win than Nick he is a complete fake!

Nick should get together with the lovely legend that is Nikki Graham perfect pair of fakes!

Thanks Vald, I actually liked Eugene and it makes sense now with all his little idiocracies, the morse code fascination etc. Anyhoo..no hard feelings on the old Nick situation, I could just be a tad too cynical

No problem. It's hard not to be cynical when there are so many frauds about, but I don't think for a second that Nick is one.

I dont mind Nick and I really cant make out if this little boy act is for real, it would not really be that hard to put on that act as someone has already said in their post, he seems to spend a lot of time in bed or cuddling up to another HM, Harry,if he is for real I dont think it is a stress thing it is more needy which is uncomfortable to watch at times,or he is really a very good gameplayer and fooled us all, bearing in mind he is a big fan of the show and has watched BB,he knows the ropes so to speak or he is genuinley the way he is very needy which is very sad.

This. Ever since he's entered, it's been clear he suffers from anxiety and insecurity. I don't think anybody can keep up an "act" for over two months.

Is Nick nice? wearing Jade's jumper while he's meant to be with Harry.

Bitching about her behind her back, not looking out for her when she's having trouble with others...if he's so nice why he a self confessed Twitter troll?

Not to me it hasn't, The last place anyone who has panic disorder would be is on a tv show where their put under even more pressure it doesn't make sense!

Can't believe how naïve some people are,

It's not a panic disorder, it's tics that can be bought in by stress or tiredness. Although embarrassing they are harmless. There is no reason that he should have to avoid anything, even BB. After all he's the one who has to live with them and put up with the ridicule. I imagine it was far worse for him at school because children can be pretty cruel to anyone who's 'different'.

Very true. I know a few people with genuine cases of anxiety and it's a struggle to even get them out of their own door nevermind auditioning with a savvy group of producers to go into a house known for it's cameras, judgments and overall drama. Basically the BB house is the worst place to be if you have any kind of serious anxiety or panic disorder.

Taking all that out of the equation and Nick still shouldn't be praised. He's spineless and boring.

Oh right, Must have read it wrong Vald.

So he is just insecure & lacks confidence? I would think everyone of them on bb suffer the same as nick then.

By tics do you mean his nose picking? & hand in his hair? If so we all have little tics that come out when were stressed, Most of us probably do them without even realising we are doing them!

He pulls at his hair, eyebrow and bottom lip, grimaces, touches his face, his legs jerk and yes he touches his nose.

I don't dislike him but in my opinion he has brought nothing to the show. Without Jade/Nikki/Harry he would not have had a storyline. People moan about Sam and Cristian under the radar but so is Nick. The touching of hair, finger in mouth etc is very annoying and predictable. He knows what he is doing

I thought, early on in he show, that he was doing face tapping at one point in the bedroom (EFT as it's called). I may be wrong, but I did think I'd seen him doing it.

I don't know if he has a disorder or not, whether that's just something that's gone around the forum and become 'fact', or whether he's just an anxious person (if you get the difference ). I am convinced he has some nervous aspects to his nature, some confidence issues, but not that he suffers with anxiety.

He's also confident in some aspects, after all most of us wouldn't find it easy to build very quick relationships with 2 confident women over the course of a few weeks.

The impression I've been given, from small snippets of things he's said and from the day of the letters, is that he seeks approval from his parents (so perhaps feels they don't approve of him, or his lack of job/ambition/something else). Also that perhaps they didn't want him to go onto the show.

Either way, I don't think that's a good reason to win the show - just as Cristian being deaf in one ear wouldn't be a valid reason.

Thanks for the link Vald, I already knew what tics were & just wanted you to clarify that is what you meant!
