People complained about 17 different episodes of BB, 5 episodes of BOTS and 2 trailers!!

The most reported episode of the main show was June 24th with 2024 complaints- the episode where Brian scaled the wall.

Half of them on here, I'd expect. This is really the epicentre of out-of-touch obsession.

“Ofcom assessed a number of complaints about bullying in Big Brother and has decided they do not raise issues under our rules warranting further investigation,” said the spokesperson.

“We were satisfied that Channel 5 had broadcast clear and appropriate warnings about the potentially offensive content, and that it intervened in heated exchanges and situations at appropriate times.

“We also took into account audience expectations for this reality format and the fact that the series was broadcast after the watershed.”

lolling at the number of different complaints. I've never complained to Ofcom and probably never will, I don't get it at all. It's like waving your fist at the moon. I don't consider it to be my job to police a broadcast network, they have lawyers on the job who know far more about what's acceptable than I do. Let them do their highly paid jobs, and I'll get on with mine, which is gawping unthinkingly at this bit of trash telly.

There is plenty of warnings at the start of every show, if you are easily offended then don't watch.

June 27th- Aisleyne and Marc argument, Danny shouting in Marc's face.
July 1st - Hotel task- argument between Aisleyne, Marc and Danny...Harry punching the wall, Jasmine Mc Cririck and Dexter in there.

Those people must do it out of boredom, it makes them feel self-righteous or some other bollocks.

I bet they are the same ones every time, religiously watching the show for things that they can be offended about to call OFCOM.

It seems people never learn that 99 times out of 100 Ofcom will doing nothing if BB have taken appropriate steps.

Maybe we can complain to Ofcom about having to listen to the warnings several times every night. Surely offensive language, aggressive arguments etc are a given in today's BB.

Then people wonder why we don't have live feed now. Ofcom would need to quadruple the amount of staff if they ever brought it back.

After 16 years, people moan about bad language on big brother. Very silly. It does air after watershed and we could not be given any more warning at the start of each episode.

I bet its all dried up old codgers complaining

The sexual orientation discrmination amuses me as I don't recall any of that sort of thing happening this season.
