Thing is, it wasn't selfless, or charitable, it was a paid job.

My post 95 explains. Why people should just be realistic about all of this.

It doesn't explain. It's just your personal opinion.

Your post 95 says that lots of people do it, as if that makes it ok.

Doesn't make it ok. But being realistic about this stuff. Is better than being on Cloud Cuckoo land about it all.

No it says a little bit more than that.

I see youngsters going on about body image, that's never something I've been interested in, it's shallow and means nothing, it's the person inside that counts, and hopefully non shallow youngsters will realise that when they start to grow up, it seems that Danny is intent on remaining stupid and shallow though, as at 29 he cares more about looks than the person.

The really sad part is... he will still win.

Why? Because if it turned out that Danny did indeed say that then it makes it appear worse.
You make sure that there's a contrast there and that the viewer sees that contrast.”

Ah.. Good thinking, Batman.

Do I believe that Cristian is capable of such reasoning when put on the spot though? I very much doubt it.

I grant you he's at the top end of the age scale where people go on about and care about this stuff. It's not age exclusive though. Nights out especially the fact is you can see and hear plenty of crap coming from people quite a bit older than Danny.

I think Cristian knew what he was doing there.

That's a fabulous point, and like you it's probably something I would do also. It would work in either case, if it wasn't Danny it would keep him on side hearing his praises being sung out......and as it was true the news could be met with a 'so disappointed in you Danny' look, making sure the camera was catching that hang dog look

Why didn't he delete it if "someone else wrote it on his phone" ?

Do you really think Cristian is that "smart" ?

He seems to believe everything Danny says and doesn't really stand up to him - like with the spelling etc where he heard something and Dan shut him down , and then telling him the moon is the sun . I could go on .... but I think that Cristian is as naive as Jack and Chloe on this - under the spell of this inarticulate, aggressive ignoramus .....

Yes. I'm not being critical of Cristian here. If I was in there that's what I'd do.
That's a very considered thoughtful comment to make. If Danny is innocent, then fine, but if he's guilty then I'd make sure that he's seen to be guilty.
Because I'm sure it didn't go unnoticed by Cristian how Danny had a go at him for putting the pan to one side for a moment when he was in the process of cooking eggs to make HIM look bad.

I'd probably go even further, I might say if Danny said that he would be a really nasty piece of work, but as I know that he isn't then I'm 100% sure that he didn't.

Nick might have done something similar when he predicted that Chloe wouldn't take the money in the diary room. He said that as she's such a lovely girl who doesn't care about the money and tells everyone that she's all about raising the prize fund for the winner he's 100% certain that she didn't take the £5k.
However I'm not sure if Nick really meant it or not.

I hope the truth about Chloe comes out too, but I can't see it happening

In this final week in the buildup to the final Danny has turned on Cristian on more than one occasion. Is anyone really surprised?
There was the sun and the moon thing, and then snapping at him the moment he temporarily put a pan down on the work surface (It was literally seconds after he put the pan down, Danny must have been watching him like a hawk). Called him inconsiderate...when he was actually in the process of cooking food for people.

So as far as I'm concerned if Cristian plays Danny back in retaliation I see it as a justified defence strategy.

I agree that Dan has put him down - just like he does the others but i still don't see Cristian doing something that would show Danny up
I think they are all controlled by his temper . And Cristian seems too nice / weak to stand up to him

In Danny's defense (why do I bother? ) it was Jack that had a go at Cristian first. Jack was standing almost next to Cristian, doing the washing up. Daddy heard poor little Jack's gripe and leapt to his assistance.

I have to say, the whole idea that once the washing up has been done the kitchen should be left to enjoy a period of quiet cleanliness is pretty laughable.

That's where I'm coming from. Cristian's been his whipping boy (he barked at him over the canoe spelling too) in the most recent episodes and can't reason with the 'guvnor' of the house, so why not just set a few traps and gild the lily with some over the top (borderline sarcastic) flattery while hanging back and watching him revealed to the audience at home?!

As you say, if he was not the author of the tweet he should have removed it ..
