Please help
When I press Media on my remote there are many programmes with items in folders but when I press the folder all folders are empty.
I decided to test recording so I pressed record manually the red light comes on but there isn't anything in the files recording. I left it recording for 15 mins but when I pressed stop it said nothing to record as on for less than 30 seconds so something is not connecting.
I then decided to perform a manual retune but folders are still all empty. There are no channels above 792.
I then decided to turn it all off at the mains. The folders came back but when I tried to play one of my saved TV programmes the screen is black completely and has remained black for a good 10 mins. The next time I managed to get it on play options play from the start but then it completely froze. It has been frozen now for about 10 mins.
I have turned it all off at the mains but I get exactly the same problem so I wondered if you had any idea on why it is not working.
I have managed to get to the Media - Video page but it just freezes so I can not move from this page unless I turn it off at the mains.
Also and not sure if this is important if I go to the end where my films are normally there are photos. I know as I had some of the same films for a long time but they are all greyed out with no photos.
When I try to play any of these files they just turn straight back off automatically.
