He wasn't "going through" a lot really.

There was nothing there that was harmful to him and since he was walking away with a lot of money it wasn't much to ask to give a bit back.

No way would I have done the fish guts nor had my head shaved for that ungrateful, bitter bunch.

I don't think any of the other housemates would have shaved their heads yet they all stood and laughed at him as he did it.

With a suitcase of 23900

You would out of guilt and to be seen to give something back and add to the prize fund - but any girl wouldn't do the hair.

Danny would have done it 100%.

It wasn't THAT bad what he had to do
He put money into the prize fund
So he should have given something back -- having taken 23900
And he didn't care
The hair was the worst thing , but he could've shaved the side , but he's a guy it will grow back and he wears a hat a lot

Anyone who'd taken that money would have had to do the same thing
That would have been Cristian then and the spray tan wouldn't t have been as funny ( tears were streaming down my face) and I think he would have ducked out of the hair shave task.

Meh, he got a chunk of cash and seemed 'happy' to do it (as happy as you can be)

Didn't like Danny being quite spiteful and making it harder though..and Chloe's sly comments every few mins

I felt sorry for Jack....I wouldn't have sat in fish guts or shaved my hair for them.
It was awful how they went into the house and left him and nasty Chloe telling him to stop moaning. I doubt any of them would have done some of those tasks.

Serve them all right if Jacks added to the prize fund that he walks away with

I can fully understand why he went ahead with most of the tasks, they weren't really difficult, but I really think he should have put a stop to the hair shaving one. I couldn't believe that he allowed himself to do that for the sake of a few pats on the back and some kudos with the other housemates (and the public, although I do think he thinks he doesn't need to try with us that much anymore).

I can't think of any other housemate that wouldn't have cared about how they look leaving with a shaved section down the centre of their head.

They really all should have said enough is enough, you've done your bit now Jack. They were having too much fun laughing at him, even though he enjoyed the joke for most of it (as he was content with his suitcase of cash), I really do not see the need for him to shave his head off.

BB was testing him and his mettle, and to see if he had the spine to stand up to them (and the rest of the housemates) I feel, and he failed in that regard. I did hope he would say enough is enough, even better, that somebody else would.

He didn't care
It will grow back
He's so grateful for that money
Felt guilty as he's still surrounded by bitter HMs , so he did it

He's leaving laughing , so what did he care about a bit of hair .
he's a guy. Only 23 , no problem.

They knew
1) he'll get more airtime
2) that airtime may make him popular
3) he's £23900 richer than they are

By the end Jack's tan was same as Cristians anyway ! I think Cristian would have shaved the side of his head in a thinner strip.

It's a GAME SHOW and I think Jack has played it brilliantly despite having tougher times than most in there
He gave up the car because being in big brother was more important-HUGE RISK BUT IT PAID OFF-he probably never expected to last this long
He hasn't hidden that he want to win some money, good on him, wouldn't we all like that?
He lost the £5000 he took but didn't moan about it
He had the opportunity to get £24,000 and HE HAD GUTS AND WON IT FAIR AND SQUARE-Cris wasn't far behind and I'm pretty sure Danny and Chloe would have gone for it too in a few seconds-the others didn't need money but if they had who knows what they would have done???

The tasks today were to add money for the winner-Jack really doesn't think he can win now that he has some money so HE DID THOSE TASKS FOR THEM.
A little support would have been nice!!!!

Jack to win, he's a great BB game player and also a nice, genuine person Every episode I see him supporting someone else with a nice comment, every single episode!!
Yes he can be grumpy-the diet in there probably has a lot to do with it re blood sugar levels, but he was always polite to everyone who came in that house.

And after these tasks I think he deserves the rest of the money too
I agree with you......

Totally agree with all of this, their lack of empathy over what he was going through, suggested to me that they were more put out by him WINNING the money, than they were saying.

And l think the series of hideous, spiteful tasks showed that Jack was a team player and showed them up for not saying enough is enough.

They simply mocked him, tempted Him and walk away leaving him alone.

He was doing it to win them money, but no support at all I'd would've told them to get stuffed.

They're just expecting him to do it because he took money, well he didn't have too. They're just bitter about it and paying him back....nice guys.

It was funny
All light hearted and Jack's a big lad , he can take it

Why the cotton wool approach to this boy/man ? he did the tasks as he won a sh*t lot of money , out of winners fund , so no big price to pay doing some silly things.

He would have been ungrateful had he not done the tasks . I bet he's done worse with his lads he hangs out with fgs. In the tasks the others have done similar anyway

The fake tan was funny and if he can't have seen the funny side of that , the guy's a thick deluded ****. He'd have laughed at any of them too. Jack looks to the camera all the time , he knew his tasks would be shown , he lapped it up , and played to it. They said well done to him when he completed it all - he's not a baby .

The tan was funny but that didn't require there support to get through it unlike the others

So he had to sweat a little, what´s wrong with that? He got 23k for it. Can´t you at least work a little for that much money? And i think he feels a lot better now that they gave him the chance to earn some money back.

I don't think Jack thinks he will win or he wouldn't have pressed the buzzer. I think he did those tasks for the winner, and the others especially those he counts as close friends were horrible to him.

Not sure I want him to win Joel or Nick with Jack edging into third.
