I don't care if some believe Joel's Abba performances are rehearsed, contrived or laughable; I think they're fabulous! Better that than squabbles, so called banter or Danny moaning about the latest HM who's pressed his buttons. To be fair orange Jack has also been fantastic TV

He is such a cringey, fame hungry, desperate man boy. I'm sure his mum was proud, she looks like she's been hit with the bonkers stick too.”

Really - have you not been watching Danny throwing sandwiches, Chloe having tantrums about money, Marc strutting around with a foil penis?
And you think Joel singing along to a song he likes makes him look like a dick?

Oh dear.

I am loving all of the catty comments about Joel and his mum etc. You guys are hilarious and guess what - you making stuff up about him is probably going to make me vote for him more! Well done!

Joel is a kid...he's young, he's intelligent, he seems to live his life in a very adult manner - I absolutely love the fact he can have some fun. I love that when music comes on he always knows the words and he jumps into performing all of them with reckless abandon. I did think his performance last night was perfectly cringeworthy, but it was true to everything he's done with music all along.

I really like Joel and I'm hoping more and more for he or Nick to win.

Rubbish. You sound as if you hate him. Fame hungry? How did you arrive at such a conclusion? Joel has a nice singing voice, and it's obvious that he enjoys singing and probably does sing a lot at home. My 8 year old has a good singing voice and never stops singing.

He deserves to win, but I unfortunately, it seems Jack's going to win.

I found it totally embarrassing. He looked like a proper fool and as for that slut drop thing he does, really, REALLY awful. He's an embarrassment to himself.

That's how I feel. Yes it was cringey, but he's been camping it up all series when music comes on. He's an earnest deadpan boy at the best of times so of course he's gonna be the same even when he's cutting loose. There's an eccentricity in Joel that I love.

Joel's my winner. At least - unlike new forum darling Jack - we haven't seen a miraculous personality transformation in the last two weeks, whether by editing or design.

37% of the people who voted, voted for the tories, and a lot more people didn't vote. so in reality only 20 or so percent of the country voted them in.
