The desperation to be a famous z lister oozes out of him. Thickness is his talent in life.
He is also very aggressive when things don't go to his liking. He is the type of guy who calls people out when surrounded by his clique but when push came to shove he would crap his pants without their backup.
He also dresses like a gimp and wears more make-up than a drag queen.
He is an A1 c***.
Apart from that he is ok.

He's several years older than any of the remaining Hms and though they are all more intelligent and articulate than him (including Jack) -They have deferred to his age and laddish demeanour.

But the thing I dislike about him most is that he is not a kind person. That was demonstrated when he slowly poured the disgusting mixture over Jack's head yesterday. Bit like the school bully having a go at the fat kid to get a laugh from the rest of the class. Don't like him a bit.”

Two of the most bigged up and liked housemates ever on here Vic and Rex..they used to pour stuff over other housemates heads in the same manor.
It's a joke if certain people do it but a total outrage if certain others do it.
Bottom line it all depends on just how active the bandwagon of dislike is for a housemate. Whether it's seen as a joke or an outrage.

Danny has been treading water, there's not much to him and he can barely string a sentence together. There's no personality, there's no real humour. Pre BB he's tried hard to be a celebrity given all his previous links to z-listers. He would have always have been the z-listers friend untll he got in the house,it would be interesting to know how many times he has applied.. He now can't wait to get out there and be a z-lister in his own right. This is all he has wanted. He'll goback to Sugar Hut and Twitter like it's his platform to the world. It's all he's wanted.

He had tried to play a role but sometimes his act had slipped and he's been caught out. Now he just wants to get out and parade around the clubs and show the world he is the celebrity he has always thought he is.

Has he given the house much. No. In previous B's he would have been swallowed whole and spat out. He got lucky this year with the people he was put in with

There's a difference between being a WUM all the time (like Marc and Rex) and picking and choosing your victims (like Danny) Danny picks on someone who's unpopular with the rest of the house to score points. Rex would pick on people for his own amusement, similar to Marc. and some people on here hated them for it. I didn't like Marc myself much until later in the show.

I can't really comment about Vic as I didn't watch BB5, but I've liked him when I've seen him on BOTS. I think he's another WUM.

I think it is just the combination of his character traits. He is utterly stupid for one.

I dislike this because he just can't be bothered to work to educate himself. No reason why he can't, he just can't be arsed. He exudes this sense of entitlement, as if his looks should get him everything he wants with no hard work.

This lack of education shows in his inarticulate responses, 'shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!.

He is by far and away the most aggressive in there but tries to paint himself as the voice of reason and fair play.

His whole persona seems an act to me. He just comes across as fake from his 'father of the house' position, but combined with his remarks that are intended to undermine the positions of other housemates.

The business with the spelling of 'canoe' where his true character managed to emerge for a second, he didn't like to be shown as less than 'the man' and the underlying aggression peeked through. Then he combined this when asked again by BB to spell it and having been told many times how to do it he pretended he might be in difficulties for the sake of drama.

A man of no depth, no principles and a sense of entitlement. Yuk!

Anyone else feel the same?

Maggie”

I feel exactly the same about him.

On who did he pick to score points exactly?

I agree with most of what has been said on here but I can best sum up my feelings on one word "humourless" and this shows on his face all the time, I have yet to see [what I think] is a genuine smile from Danny, I really do not like upturned lips in a forced smile which does not reach the eyes.

Possibly been mentioned on DS but I have to smile when Danny takes his place in the high-backed chair in the house Michael Corleone style, master of all he surveys

Of course there's a difference if that's how you/some people choose to see it. Personally i think it's the bandwagon thing if the dislike bandwagon is on a roll then there will be outrage. An vice versa it will be seen as a joke just a laugh.

Saying ooh he's only a WUM about any housemates is easy to do. Easy to spin it that way.
Anyone can do this play these cards. In fact you could say Danny and Jack act just like young guys who are brothers would.
I remember earlier in the series when Jack poured something over Danny's head with relish.

Jack - when he was sat in the fish guts, pouring the bucket slowly over his head and telling the others he was going to.

VIC is nothing like Rex. Slick VIC is the G.O.A.T!
Nobody can compare to the slickster.

So that isnīt normal banter between guys? Because the guys i know would do that. And how exactly does that score him any points? And i am pretty sure i saw Joel pouring the bucket as slow over him as Danny.

I mean, Jack got 23k for doing nothing. Isnīt it fair that he had to sweat a little? He is not a little boy, he can handle some tasks that plenty of other housemates have done before.

Maybe you're right - could be I'm seeing it that way because I doin't like Danny.

But I can remember laughing at some of the stuff Rex did in his series (like smudging jen's picture) and it was funny, partly because of the way she reacted.

The thing about Jack yesterday, is that he was so excited about getting the 23K that he didn't really care about how the Hms were treating him. So that backfired on Danny anyway.

Agree with this. Both joel and jack are desparate for the win

As someone else pointed out last night, Big Brother have turned into Big Bullies. They give with one hand and take away with the other. Why didn't Chloe and Sam have to participate in any disgusting tasks to earn their 5K.?

In fact, Jack is the only one who seems to have had to do the tasks that other people wouldn't want to. He had to give John McCririck a massage FGS. bleurgghhh!!!!

There used to be a time when participants could walk away with money un earned and not have to "pay" for it. Conor, EugeneBB6, Lisa and Sara BB9. Liam BB8

As for it being normal banter between guys, I guess it might be, except that Danny told the others to do it rather than telling Jack he was doing it, which is what I would class as banter.

Nothing really backfired on anyone after all BB set this up Jack went onto take the money. But consequences were there for doing that set up by BB.
Everyone just went along with all that.
