Seriously though, well said. Of course it was a stupid thing to say but as I've said more than once, it's not unusual for people to make empty threats when they are upset/annoyed/pissed off. I really don't think this deserves the outrage some of the holier than thou people on here are displaying.

I'm wary of using the word 'fangirls' to describe the Matthew/ Cristian phenomenon we see in thread after thread, but it's the closest thing I can think of to describe it.
What's almost more worrying is that I don't think some of his superfans on here who seem to revere our little Cornflake and who are desperate to defend him at all costs are naive or impressionable 12 year old girls either.
(although I wouldn't count out posters of him on their bedroom wall).

That's really unfair Labbie. Yes he is good looking but there have been plenty of good looking guys in BB that I have absolutely loathed. It seems more likely to me that he is actually being penalised BECAUSE he is good looking.

I do imagine a lot of his most 'ardant' supporters are not teen girls although you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference at times.

I like the way he has very quietly tried to stand up for himself when he has been picked on (and I think he has) - he's never made a song and dance over it but argued his case quietly and intelligently. I think he has shown lovely manners and (other than a few exceptions) been pleasant and kind to the others.
I think it's been interesting on the last couple of shows to see his sensitivity - how he's admitted that he finds it hard to take jokes aimed directly at him. I think that simply shows his 'real' side.
I have joked about how lovely he is to look at (he is) - I have him as my favourite for much more than that though.

Well I'm funny like that , and prefer to use peoples' real names . His name is Matthew . It isn't a horrible name, nor a funny name . It's a perfectly fine name that his parents probably spent a lot of time choosing and I fail to see why I shouldn't use it if I choose .
As for his comment in bold , lol. He ISN'T a rapper . He is a silly little boy trying to be a rapper and failing badly .
