i disagree on principle only. We know harry fosters animals, often these are quirky critters who just arent adoptable so end up in permanent foster with people who can adjust/ accept them with their defects.

I see nick in this light. there is something about him ....nervous twitchy , sometimes speaking eloquently confidently and other times seemingly uncertain.

I can see this as being Very appealing to harry who sees herself as 'different' possibly damaged with issues.

Her behaviour in the house seemed mothering to me. Her behaviour on BOTS seemed to be defending Nick and quite angry at how the others dont seem to be taking care of him.
