TPTB really are negative ####s

BB has become really depressing to watch as its so negative. You would have thought the producers would have had their fill of negativity earlier this season, but no, we get more negative tasks. Is there any point to these tasks other than put the HMs on edge and defensive? I mean its the final week let them have fun.

BB is really depressing, irritating and boring to watch, I think I'm pretty much done with it tbh.

Edited to add: TPTB= the powers that be.

I am feeling that too.

I'm still expecting the withdrawal (as this is the first series in years I have followed intensely) but I am so exhausted by it now.

I definitely won't follow or support a housemate as much as I have this series.

We have evicted all the fun, positive housemates. Well most of them. Look how miserable Danny and Chloe are. Positivity vampires, they suck the fun out of the other housemates as well.

The fact you find it boring to watch, is also indicative that there's a distinct lack of fun, positive housemates. Again, this is because we have evicted them all.

And just when you think it's going to be all Abba singalongs, they pile another heap of shit on them. I just said in another thread, that they'll be making the HMs do a human caterpillar next.

TPTB?!

Tip: Don't use acronyms when they're unnecessary and might cause confusion.

After this season i definitely need a BB break for a while. It was exhausting. The sad thing, this season started so well. I really liked the cast. After 4 in 4 out it went downhill. Marc and the ex housemates sucked all the life out of that house for weeks. Everything was just negative and nasty. They need to fire this years producers because almost everything they did was awful.

Danny and Chloe are not the problem they have been seen on the show having fun and laughing. The HMs are also happy to be around them. Its BB that is the problem what with these idiotic twists and tasks which attack the HMs.

The final HMs may not be the most exciting or naturally entertaining but they all reached the final legitimately with no leg-ups. They've had so much flung at them its not funny. This week should be their time to relax not put up with bullshit "home truth" videos or exposes - what is this purpose? Are BB looking to skirt out on paying the winner by making theHMs look as unappealing as possible (see cad Cristian).

Chloe's survival of last Friday's double eviction was at best, questionable. I dare say she received significantly more votes to evict than Sam, and quite likely more than Jack, too. If BB had not thrown in that dubious twist, I believe the final line up would be different from the one we have now.

I don't think any HM can be blamed for it not being fun, it's the show that is the problem. How can there be fun when all they are trying to do on this show is turn HM's against each other ?

If they weren't so money hungry they wouldn't be as phased by money tasks. It's their own pure naked greed that's causing tensions.

Even before the money task there was tension. There is tension because all this show brings is negativity with it's constant negative tasks, negative outside information and negative manipulation. It's become sadistic.

I agree with you. The prestige of being the winner should be enough incentive to be there. The fact they are so openly greedy for the cash goes to show that it is actually the housemates that are the problem. They have a shit attitude.

agree - putting ex - house mates in ruined this series - in for a day would have been fine - but letting ex house mates take charge for weeks, and control nominations plus all the other BB interference with nominations eg last week double eviction twist - not surprised people have lost the will to watch any more.

Some of the muppets in the BBOTS audience like it that way, and the producers probably think the same.
