I got my new Samsung Galaxy S6 on Friday from Three,
I am experiencing terrible battery life, I unplug it in the morning and do my 30min drive into work and its drained by over 10%!!
I have been told a software update will fix this but every time I go to download the update I get the following message..
Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. Try again later.
This is on both WIFI and 4G
Three have told me they will swap the handset for a new one to see if that helps but I have got to wait 2 weeks as they have no stock.
Any one experienced this?
