I think you have broke the Terms and Conditions of this forum and I shall be seeking recompense

2.18 - Baiting
Don't wind people up to try to get them to say something in violation of the Terms and Conditions. It's obvious to other users and to us, doesn't work (we evaluate other posts and wider context when dealing with alerts), and backfires.

2.9 - Respect
While you are of course welcome to disagree with other members, we will not tolerate posts which insult, belittle, bait or otherwise antagonise forum members. This includes posts which disrespectfully label others posters as 'fanboys', 'haters' or similar.

Well in all fairness the whole British population knows who Nikki Grahame is.

The fact that he doesn't watch BB makes him even more of a worthy winner...he wont be using old and trusted tactics to try and win that BB obsessives who go in and would do.

The fact that he's not a BB fan makes it more likely that he's not playing a game.

Because he said so.....Yeah, I know he said she encouraged him but I used a bit of poetic license

What Joel said:
PRESENT: Why do you want to enter the Big Brother House?

I think it's a challenge and I'm looking forward to a challenge because I like a challenge. I used the word challenge quite a bit in that sentence but we like a challenge!

PAST: Big Brother could make you famous. What has been your closest celebrity encounter to date?

I've met a couple of politicians at a member of the Conservative party and secretary of Cardiff North Conservative association. This election was a great weekend for me and it's a great weekend for our country!

PRESENT: Which traits do you find most annoying in a Housemate?

I don't care if a person doesn't have my political view as long as they have got a view. We'll have a debate. I'm going to win, but I love a debate!

FUTURE: What will you do with the money if you win?

I have a Fiat 500 and it's great. It's automatic but you can't tell people that because I can't handle the clutch! They do this Ferrari edition which has a Ferrari engine in it. And it's automatic!

PAST: Which former Big Brother Housemate would you say you were most like and why?

I haven't really watched it, but my mother loves Big Brother and she encouraged me to apply. I haven't heard good things about Perez Hilton!

FUTURE: Are you looking for love in the Big Brother House?

I am 19 years old and I am having fun being a singleton. I don't have any interest at the moment in finding love, especially in the Big Brother house.

PAST: What has been you greatest achievement?

I was appointed the youngest school governor in Wales and I'm a local community councillor. That was a big achievement for me because I think it is great to represent people.

FUTURE: Where do you see yourself in five years' time?

I love law. I think it is good to have politicians who have got a career before they go into politics. Life experience is important and Big Brother is undoubtedly a huge life experience.

PRESENT: What do you bring to the House?

I am brutally honest. I think it is important for a person to know the truth and that may offend people but at least you will have my honest opinion.

FUTURE: What will you do to win?

I am a competitive person in the sense that I will speak my mind. We will see!

PAST: What story from your past will you use to break the ice?

Maybe we will start off about the election. I hope the people in the house voted! I hope they are interested in politics otherwise they are going to nominate me!

PRESENT: What do you love most in the world and what will you miss in the House?

I love Galaxy chocolate. Six little chunks in a line is very enjoyable and I am going to miss that.

If it's true that he doesn't watch BB then that might go a long way towards explaining why he's less institutionalised than the others, why he's more able to say no to BB on things, and more his own person. People who know the show well (maybe) have too much insight to be good HM's nowadays. ??

Maybe... it's just a thought.

His mummy does love it though, I expect she gave him some tuition.

It's probably been a plus for him not to have watch the show in previous years - he was probably too busy growing up, studying and being interested in politics etc...
He might have acted differently or played the game more nastier/or more funnier if he has experience of how housemates coped/won in previous years...
One thing is for sure - although BB has tried their best to push for Danny, Chloe and now Jack with their editing - Joel has been the talking point, especially this week when it matters...

The only slight difference is that people can stop saying that he's only in there for the experience now. Considering he doesn't know what the experience is...

I started... so I'll finish. I just hate leaving things incomplete, you know?

I am touched by my fellow forum users concerns for my viewing habits though. Thanks guys, it's awesome to know that someone out there cares.

Big deal, what a weird excuse not to like him, it's about the person not whether he's watched BB. As it stands not many of us like watching BB anymore so he's in good company!

I have not heard antthing quite as strange as your post before! Quite laughable really!

Well said, this is a very good reason that he is his own person and why the other housemates all like him! Joel for the win!

When the ex housemates came into the house with Marckq he asked the other housemates who they were, he didn't know any of them.
