Norris is great. An interfering busybody - every neighbourhood has one!

Norris is an nasty character always ready to think the worst of everyone but he works so well as the busybody newsagent, reminds me a little of blanche at times. Always enjoy his antics.

I remember someone in a paper hailing him as the new Percy Sugden. He is not and could never wish to be a class act like Percy! He's like Tracy, over the top and ridiculous.

I find his busybody antics amusing sometimes but less so recently because it seems to have become more OTT and overdone. I liked the extra layers and backstory added to him when his brother Ramsay came and died but that seems to have been Jake Webstered.

"They were on and off more than the light in Beth Tinker's fridge".

That line had me howling .

What's wrong with people Norris is brilliant

I cannot stand Rita and Emily always acting like they're better than him

I normally like Norris but when Liz was about to announce Deirdre had died and Bev was crying he was still yammering on about food. A normal person would have realised something was seriously wrong and shut up. For some reason that really annoyed me.
Purple.

He does become too much sometimes, and I find myself wanting someone to tell him where to go

I still find him funny sometimes but he is getting nastier. He enjoys rubbing salt in the wound a bit too much! Most of the time his snide remarks are unnecessary and his accusations are usually unwarranted.

I'm sure this line has been used before on Corrie, about Eileen I think!

Correct:

Sarah Platt: Me and him are 'so' over.

Gail Platt: Again? You and him have been on and off more times than the light in Eileen Grimshaw's fridge!

I haven't watched Corrie for a while so I'm surprised Norris is still in it

Anyone remember that Love Triangle story - I think it was Mavis Riley, Norris and Derek ......

Norris Cole .. one of my least favourite characters after Gail and Todd.

Why the hell hasn't anybody told him to button it and wind his interfering neck in? Yes, he gets the occasional withering look and 'Oh, Norris!' in the pub etc., but nobody's ever taken him to one side and told him his fortune.

Get rid asap!!

He is great.

It's the ginger old lush I can't stand, necking down alcohol all the time and always having a go.

Charlie Stubbs once frightened Norris nearly to death for making snide remarks. He tok him down the ginnel and threatened him. It stopped him for a bit, but he recovered. I love Norris though.
