...for me.

It had its shaky moments but in the end variety and a few big characters have saved it for me.

Each to their own though.. I don't care if YOU didn't enjoy it. We all have different tastes and value is subjective.

So any bile that you want to express here remember it is purely subjective based on your own tastes and not a universal truth.

it would have been better if they cut out the legends bit in the middle, apart from that it's been alright

Nicely put.

Not a bad 66 days. Definitely not a 'Marmite' series, however...

I think this house would have been so much better without Helen and Marc

The main thing for me is that I haven't been bored at all. I was nearly bored near the beginning.

I am sad for people that hated it (but just because they hated it doesn't mean I have to.)

I have watched all the civilian series so I can compare it to all the rest. I am not a novice.

It gave us a great HM in Marc, the rest has been mostly awful.

How do you rate ch5 compared to (IMO) the awesome ch4 days?

I think it has been awful.

Constant outside interference.

Worst tasks in the history of the show. 90% of them was who said this and who said that, or who thinks this about that that HM.

A HM evicted without a public vote.

1 set of normal nominations.

Badly manipulated.

Fixed to keep certain HM's in the house.

Too much social media influence.

And the forum has been worse than ever.

Well I am still here so can't have disliked it that much I guess.

BIB I find it very hard to compare to other regular series as it has been so all over the place. It wasn't quite like a celeb or ultimate version but with all the people coming and going didn't feel like a regular series either. Weird one.

It is a different era. It is more glossy now. It feels different and more knowing.

I like different series for random reasons. No series has been great for me partly because. I always wish for more intelligent discussions and more intelligent housemates but I just like people watching in general.

Classic housemates have made series I think.

Brian Dowling
Nikki
To some extent Anna BB1 and Aisleyne
Victor and Nadia etc

I've really enjoyed it. For once I've not detested any of the housemates. Some of the tasks have been really good and I've genuinely liked the twists and think they've been effective. Not the best series but throughly enjoyable and hasn't been a pain to watch once. Much more focus on humour than previous seasons

It's been pretty disappointing. That would seem to be the general consensus. Which I guess would make it a universal truth. Imagine that?

Absolute tripe . Possibly the worst series ever , apart from the brief injection of life when Marc was put in .
It's been dying on it's arse for weeks , just bury the corpse and get it over with .

Those are the same things that have made it memorable.

I think without interference it risked being BB4 again.

I don't have a problem with a changing format. I would agree that Sams eviction was unfair but still BB are entitled to do that.

If I was in that house I would love to have some feedback from the outside and former housemates. I don't have a problem with those aspects.

To be a good housemate now you have to cope with all these new factors.

Apart from the last few nights it's been terrible! The last few nights have made it seem no that bad.

And if the general consensus is that the moon is made of cheese?

It has been terrible for you but not for me.

Can you see the distinction I am making?

It's not just changing the format though, it's taking a dump on everything that made it what it was. It's s**t now.

Obviously the consensus is based on who your favorite is/was. IMO the 4 in 4out was a total waste of time. Although, I did like Harry. BB should have just stuck in out with all the originals. I loved it once the leg-ends were finally all gone. I hated that they put the has-been housemates in. The finalist are all as they should be so it all worked out well in the end.

The series was only just watchable as the HM's were far too touchy, argumentative and took things far too seriously. The HM's went into tirades of anger over tasks that should be treated as piss takes, perfect example here was the debating task. And being nominated is part of the game get over it.

Too many twists and the 4 out and 4 in lost some good HM's like Sarah and Keiran. And gave us miserable Harry who did nothing but sulk and walk around naked for the boys, Sam nice but came across fake and sat on the fence too often.

I didn't like the 5 min eviction of Simon to be brought back later, without the twist he probably would have been up the first week and evicted.

Marc I hated then liked then hated again but I will admit he was a good HM and should have been in from the start so he wouldn't of had to go in all guns blazing.

I didn't like the twins as one HM that's been done before and it is an advantage as one will protect the other in arguments like a tag team. The pair of them were just nasty.

I looked forward to the time warp twist with Nikki and Brian going in but it was a huge mistake putting in Helen the spawn of satan. Had Helen not gone in Marc probably would have made the final week but he was brought undone by her.

I think there was far too many twists especially with nominations, can we have a series where its normal nominations. And if you break the rules on speaking about nominations then loose your right to nominate as punishment.

I also hate information about the outside world and this occurred far too often with a number of tasks showing how popular or unpopular you were with the general public and by every visitor that came into the house.

It's been quite good apart from the legends staying too long. I quite liked the hotel task though I think 24 hours was long enough for the ex housemates to stay

It has been terrible for you but not for me.
You'll never convince the BB purists that it is anything less than a pale imitation of the early series, AndrewPd.

They still mourn the demise of the live-feed and they throw a hissy-fit whenever they feel that the golden rules are being broken somehow.
