When Jacqueline jossa returns

I assume she will be returning with a child as well as this is what the producer thinks all female characters of early 40s down to teens should be.

However we never found out what became of her pregnancy and maybe she will return to get possibly her dad out of jail as we never really found out what she found out regards the murder of Lucy

I don't think Max knows that she kept the baby does he? He hasn't mentioned it to anyone. Babies ruin characters anyway. That's probably why they wrote Cindys baby out. Maybe they realised it was stupid to saddle yet another teenage girl with a baby. And I bet we will never see Lauren's baby as she'll get someone to look after it all the time, so it's pointless really.

I don't understand why so many people on here don't like baby storylines. Let's face it most people in real life have babies / family at some point in their lives unless there is a medical complication. It would be weird if hardly anyone on soaps had kids. Yes people have careers including women of course but there is still room for kids. What would be different on a soap is for a couple to plan for a baby and have one that is planned for and very wanted as part of a loving relationship. That would be different.

As much as I like Jacqueline Jossa and her reinvention of Lauren, I feel like she's run her natural course on the show and her ending with Peter was kind of a perfect happy ending, would be nice to leave it there. Of course they won't lol

I see your point. I don't really know why she would return to Walford other than Abi. Max is going for quite a while, Tanya is elsewhere etc.

I agree with you.

If Nancy and Tamwar stay in the square, long-term, I would like to see them, start a family. Like, in a few years.

I agree. There's no need for her to return.

I don't want Lauren to return and I loved her "happy ending" with Peter. Jacqueline Jossa has recently said she is coming back but she is entitled to a full year maternity pay. Beyond that, Jacqueline Jossa will be back filming as Lauren. Her fiancee, Dan Osborne has been sacked from TOWIE and I assume that Jacqueline needs the security/wages now.

Only Abi and Cora will be there when Lauren returns as Max could be in Prison and Carol will be gone by then.

don't forget Lauren's baby will be Kathy's Great Grandchild!

I think the fact her grandmother is homeless and her father might be in jail when she rocks back up, she has room for a good return storyline imo. Plus, I'm unsure when Kathy returns if Abi will be sticking around the Mitchell's house either. And if she does rock up with her child, then she's also gonna have more involvement with the Beales.

Her exit was good but I miss her tbh.

Kathy will have a connection to Lauren as she will be the babys great grandmother, by the time Lauren returns Cora wont be homeless anymore.

I wouldn't blame the actress for leaving nothing for her to come back too.

Lauren is one of my favourite characters and I'd like her to come back for that reason alone but I also loved her with Peter and their ending was perfect. I liked Ben Hardy in the role so I don't really want Peter to he recast but I think at some point he probably will be.

I think there's plenty Lauren can still do, I'd actually really like to see her train to be in the police force or something like that. She likes to collect evidence and carry out little investigations does our Lauren and it would be interesting if maybe Emma Summerhayes inspired her in some way.
