Well I see this is a Cristian fanthread, so I apologise for any offence, but I don't like him at all. I'm astonished that people are glossing over his threat to use a sextape against his ex - that doesn't sound like a nice, inoffensive guy to me. And he has gone into the DR to criticize other HMs more than anyone else, or tried to make himself look less vanilla by doing it in front of the group. He seems to have a problem with girls especially - he has targeted Jade, Harry, Sam and Chloe. And his ridiculous slobbering over Jasmine... appalling. And all that self-pity and huffiness when ANYBODY has the nerve to criticize HIM.

Oh, I agree with you. He's someone who just hasn't risen to the bait in there (bar with Helen) and so he was airbrushed out. The same would have happened to Nick if it wasn't for his ladies. Placid, mature people have no place in this show anymore.

I don't think she was far out myself, at least she has been consistent all the way through. She has always thought Cristian boring and for me he is the most boring out of all those left! She wasn't nasty about Cristian but just truthful!

Well said, I couldn't have put it better myself, hence why his odds are so far out and likely the first person to leave tonight. There was a good reason why Marc and others called him boring which made him angry and the only time we have heard much from him and then he went over the top and made himself look stupid. Like you say he hasn't been that nice to the girls in the house, especially Jade and Sam. As for the sex tape, well it says everything about him! I don't think he even deserves a place in the final myself!

The sex tape threat was bad enough on it's own but to suggest he may show it to her dad is pretty sh*tty, sleazy behaviour in anyone's book. It's actually one of the nastier things I can remember from someone.

His treatment towards Jade was shameful, especially trying to shame her in front of everyone else, and said only because she is a woman. His comments on her and Brian seemed even more laughable when he was all over Jasmine sucking her face off within hours of her arrival too. Hypocrite.

You're right when you say he cannot take criticism- even from the start when Sarah said she wasn't interested/ he wasn't her type he got the right hump and went on and on and on at her like she was out of order for not falling at his feet the moment she set eyes on him. Delusions of grandeur.

'As I understand it' really translates to- Cristian tried miserably to justify his threat of revenge porn and because I am so blind to his faults, and happy to make excuses for him- I'll assume that a girl I don't even know must have been in the wrong, as she probably 'deserved it' and he is justified in threatening people like that.

Every housemate has to be a character and meet a profile...the producers want that in order to create a story, a soap opera. The producers will have in mind who they want to fit each stereotype...we've got a politician, the Essex boy, the posh boy etc. if you're a bit different and BB struggle to fit you into a profile for the story, then they will take things the other housemates say and use them to create your profile. Because Cristian didn't exactly fit the profile the producers created for him in his VT, they hit a problem...and so when the housemates dubbed him dull and boring, the producers ran with that and used it to create his profile as "the boring one" and they've ran with it through the series. It's ridiculous. He's far from dull and far from boring. I like him and I want him to win.

You are willing to believe half the story i.e. there was a sex tape, but not the other half i.e. he was responding to a threat. Why should you pick and choose which parts are true and which aren't?

There is no reason to believe Cristian is a spiteful character, it's not in his nature as we have seen.

You should perhaps look in the mirror and ask yourself the same question first don't you think?

Could you please try to keep the patronizing down to a minimum? I was confused as to what you meant in your previous post. 'As I understand it' was in fact a polite way of saying 'This is what was actually said'. I am not blind to Cristian's or anyone else's faults, nor have I suggested that this girl 'deserved it'. I wasn't there and neither were you. You have chosen to disbelieve what he said, or at least the part of it that might be mitigating. I think both parties were incredibly foolish, and would like to think they will both have learned a lesson.

Tell me her side of the story then. Oh that's right you don't know it either, none of us do so why must we believe her innocent?

I give more than reasoned responses regularly- in fact I've sometimes been accused of writing too much. I've made many valid points on him and others in threads that some people willfully ignore and dismiss out of hand.

I give respect and courtesy to people where they give it to me. Where they don't then I can sometimes reply in kind. I'd say that's fair enough.

As for the teenage girl stuff- if the cap fits, wear it. I'd have no problem saying similar if there were sad middle aged men doing the same to a young attractive female nobody on tv. The Directioner comments are genuinely the closest thing I can think of to describe how some people post on him.
