I don't judge HMs from their behaviour outside of the house but not liked Danny for a while, he is aggressive and very sly imo.

If she had gone to the police they would have held the voice mails as evidence, I suspect she has waited to release them to the press. What awful people this crowd are, disgusting!

Whether or not Bianca was upset or went to the police is incidental ... as is what more there might be to 'the story'

It sounds like his voice is dipping in and out of the background - which means at times he was in close proximity and away from her. In some he's not in them and when he is he is mainly muttering. The audio sounds chopped to me, so maybe some has been cut out? - this would not surprise me as B has set aside time to collect pics and create a video slide. Twitter does accommodate audio longer than 30 secs. I do think on this case, he does deserve to put forth his "side"/chance to defend or explain himself... its not a good look however.
On this evidence only Emily would be charged as she not only racially insults Biannca but also threatens her. She bizarrely seems proud of this fact on twitter. I think with Danny they would need to hear the message in its entirety.

Agree with you . It does sound like he is there from some of it and even identifies himself on one clip.
Pretty appalling .
