From what I've seen of him totally in the house (I don't care about the stories about him outside) I think he's alright, he isn't perfect but there is no such thing, warts and all. If he playing a game as people say he wouldn't of lost his temper on so many occasions..

He has been himself and I think people just dislike him because there is a massive campaign against right now (for whatever person). He isn't a horrible person, he is just a lad. He reminds me of one of my mates he's harmless.

I think he would make a great winner, just as deserving as the rest which isn't saying much but Danny's highlights package will be the true winner for me.

I'm sure Emma will give him a bad interview because she knows it will make her popular, unlike Davina she loves kicking people when they are down.

I think if you just watch the HL show you are bound to have a different opinion of Danny than if you've read all this other stuff. This is why he's so popular with the housemates themselves: they are completely oblivious to all this. It will be interesting to see if they distance themselves from him when they get out.

Danny is one of my least favourites in there and what annoyed me was the fact he was being portrayed as the most decent guy in the house (a bit like Chloe) when he clearly wasn't. He was a clear favourite at one stage and I didn't think he deserved to win, and I felt he was favourite because people believed he was a person that I didn't think he was. However, I do understand your point...as much as there have been a good few things that have really put me off him, I don't see him as this evil guy with no positive side to his character.

Unfortunately with BB, a lot prefer the black and white 'heroes and villains' scenario.

And actually, he might not have remained so popular with them had it not been for Marc. He stood up to Marc repeatedly when Marc attacked the other five finalist (his motives for doing so are, of course, debatable). So there's naturally a bit of hero worship going on.

I don't think that's fair people don't like from what they have scene (and rightfully so). What I think is going on is hate from a fair number of posters towards Danny. They don't understand how anyone could not despise him as much as they do. People will use anything to throw at him and when he is involved in something funny for example last night in the task they will refuse to admit it. The same posters take to way to far, for example about the sex tapes. People suggested he may keep them in cause the women goes to the police for rape or the women may not of knew she was being filmed!

Simon still likes Danny and he was Marcs friend. He said Danny is the most pleasant to live with and Jack the least. Even Marc still likes Danny and a lot of others too. THEY lived with him.

What is fascinating is that everyone here seems to think that this smear campaign against him must be the REAL him. without even knowing his side of the story to everything. Because the nice guy they all lived with 24/7 for over 2 months that CAN´T be the real him because the viewers know better because they read crap some random haters post about him on the internet. Also by attacking Danny (& Chloe, who are popular with those who are living/have lived with them) means the heat is off 'their fave' who can fly under the radar by not having their every move, look and breath scrutinised and dissected.

I haven't minded him right up to the last few weeks, but now I don't like him at all. The reasons for me not liking him have everything to do with his actions and nothing to do with what's said outside the house.

I don't like Danny because of what I've seen of him in the house. Strangely enough I can't seem to rustle up any positive feelings for the aggressive chump. He's an interfering and inarticulate fool. He is someone who thinks its perfectly ok to put himself in the middle of any argument he chooses, but then shouts at others for doing the same. He is someone who can only scream "Shut up, shut up shut up" when an argument/debate gets too much for him (Idiot) ....... And to top that, after I already don't like him, it turns out he has no problems with revenge porn ..... How nice is he? Cherry on the cake for me. As for indicating that it shouldn't matter what a HM has done in the past? I don't think so! No matter what and when it happened, it is part of who he is! And I don't like him for who he is.
