I wonder if how well off family members and friends are, ever really effects the vote enough to change thing's all that much. If it does there are one or two housemates who have quite rich friends and family. If they decide to spend plenty of course.

I don't understand the Chloe love. Only stated watching this series a couple of weeks ago but she comes across to me desperate for money and rather manipulative. I certainly don't buy the 'girl next door' or 'ordinary girl' malarkey - maybe she was more like before I started watching.
I thought the op meant discussing previous year shocks.. well surely Helen winning last year took the biscuit - really hope Chloe does not win but BB voters do seem to go for the dull winners! Joel FTW!

I am afraid that could happen, those last minute votes could could make or break the winner if they are close. I just have this horrible feeling Chloe will win, I have voted loads more than I can afford to really, I will be voting again later every vote counts for the HM you want to win,anything to stop Chloe from winning

I would absolutely love that outcome. He does seem to have a lot of young girls as followers on twitter and they are the main voting block so who knows, I will keep my fingers crossed.

Yep, another disgraceful win.
I would love for Nick to win but the sad thing is, he will look back at his time on big brother with regret. I mean he has essentially spent the whole series in bed with someone or stroking his hair. Which is a shame as he is funny nice guy, but has let Jade and Harry dictate his actions and moods

I think it will come down to those two as well but i think Joel will pick up extra votes from the "anyone but Chloe and Danny" clan joel also,has more pick up from Nick Cristian and Jack fans than Chloe has I think.
I think re Nick its an interesting one. I think he is lower in the polls because he seems to be people's second favourite behind Joel and as such people pick Joel in the polls. However it diesn't mean that people aren't voting for him. I dont think he will win but i think he might come higher than the polls or the betting suggests.

I'd be happy with a Nick win too, I've voted once for him (and once for Cristian) but I am holding a fiver in reserve for whoever isn't Danny, Chloe or Joel in the final two/three
