So who has Marsden gone to arrest?

I doubt it's Phil, would be too obvious after the duff duff. My money is on Sharon or Ben as I think these arrests would cause the most drama and turmoil for Ian.

It definitely is a way to bring her back, Phil reckoning he needs her help in rescuing Ben and annoying Sharon in the process.
Abi is possible after "battering" Lucy. Who else would know about that apart from Max though, and why would they tell the police? If the police have only just checked the CCTV of that particular area of the Square, that is ridiculous.

Ben - he's got previous in terms of whacking people over the head (Hev, and Lucas' son whose name I can't remember). Plus if Phil only recently found out about Kathy, she probably doesn't know Ben's past...

Marsden went to Phils house though so presumably she has gone there to make an arrest unless she wanted a quickie with Phil first.
It has to be either Ben, Jay or Abi. I wouldn't be able to call between them but I'm gonna go ahead and guess Ben anyway since DTC said he had big plans for him.

Will go with Abi because in the spoilers next week it mentions the Mitchell's, Branning's and Beale's come to blows over the arrest, if it was Ben or Jay or even Phil it would have no real impact on the Branning's apart from Abi being upset if it was Ben so on that basis i'm going with Abi though i'm probably wrong.

Or it could be a Branning who supplied the police with new information, for example Max getting revenge on the Mitchell's for taking his business away from him.
