Regarding what will happen to Moses when Charity gets out of prison. Does Debbie get to keep him or does Charity want him back.

Debbie is Moses legal guardian so I would say she is his carer as at present Charity has said bye to all maternal rights, although it may be down to her being in prison.
Where does Charity go when she gets out of prison? She'll maybe live with Debbeh, so undoubtedly Noah's going to turn up there as well. I don't like soap kids, but have to admit Noah has a rough deal as he is passed from pillar to post.

I don't think there is an issue with women keeping their babies in prison as they have maternity blocks. I think the rule is they are only allowed to keep them until the child is two and then they get taken away and given to a relative or social services.
Charity just can't be arsed to look after it or she just prefers not to bring the baby up in a prison environment. I think in her case it might be the former.
Well it will be all set to have the "BIG REVEAL" when she comes out, obviously expecting to doss at Debbies again or even Cain and Moira's yet again. I dont even think Dross is the real father at all, I think its a red herring.

No it's just Charity. She gave Debbie away, and Noah. Unfortunately they both turned up again. Noah is bearable so far in small doses but he's starting to be a brat.
She doesn't want to be a mother. Can't blame her for that.

No but you can blame her for continuing to pop them out when she sees an opportunity to exploit someone.
