I would argue otherwise. A Big Brother winner can contribute a little or a lot to a brand, whether that's toeing the line on BOTS, talking to the press, re-entering the House, just generally promoting the show in a positive manner. I can't see Joel doing that - he's too set in terms of black v white. Jack can be too self-obsessed, Danny let himself down as much outside the House as in it (they allowed him to be anyway, considering the taxi story wasn't shown), Nick's too quiet away from Harry and Jade and Cristian did little sans Joel. Which leaves...

Chloe is a good winner for them. They've built up the 'nice' perception (I'm sure she is but when Danny can be ripped apart for something that happened on the outside...) after last year's decisive one and she'll happily promote the show and follow and requests. Perfect.

I used to think it was a load of rubbish that BB wanted a certain winner but the way that the show has been spun as the girl next door, which clearly she is not, was to contrast with Helen. There has been far too much bias for Chloe and the way it was manipulated when she would have gone in a double last week is a clear indication, no doubt about it. Joel was so right to protest. He obviously smelled a rat. So did Nick to nominate her.
The producers must have been worried that she had blown her image by her vile behaviour. This show is so staged managed that it's now no different to TOWIE, the audience it's trying to attract.
BB is now dead and a different beast is masquerading under its banner. They should re title the show.

They demonised Jack too to make her look better. Poor lad he was treated so badly but of course this will appeal,to the Jeremy Kyle audience which is what this show has been dumbed down to.

I was pretty annoyed when I wrote this thread as Chloe (who was the one I liked the least in the final) had just won.

She isn't that bad. I don't think the finalists were as bad as people on here make out.

I think Helen redeemed herself towards the end. She at least was not a dullard like chloe and Sam.

Out of the final 6 I was happy with the top two Chloe and Joel. I am happy for Chloe winning and would have been equally as happy if Joel won and Chloe came 2nd.

As far as BB on C5 is concerned there is BB overkill with 3 series a year they should cut it back to one CBB in January and a 10 week BB in summer. Less is more.

Did anyone hear Chloe when in the final Jack was called, she said "Go on Fathead"!!!!! as he was leaving. Very nice!!!!!! I personally didn't think that Chloe was a very nice person, especially to Jack.

Agree with this i was happy with the final two in any order. Also two CBB's a year is one to many!
