Because we seen it. It looked like he pushed her in the head rather than hit her to be fair, but it did look like he was the main reason why she was annoyed.

The reason why she is annoyed is because Marc did something to her and Simon's constant screaming. Watch it again and you will see the same.

A split second before one of the panelists mentioned their best bit of the series we could see Marc do something to her. It was really quick though.

No it didn't. She was pointing the opposite direction of Marc when moaning.
