The stupid people who voted Chloe have been shafted. We all knew what she was like. We all knew who had any sense that is that it was all an act.
Good to tell her girl next door image started to slip when money came into play. Bet the producers were seriously worried she had blown it, hence the damage limitation of her being bailed out by getting rid of Sam when she was last to go in the betting.
This show has now lost its credibility. After last year when we didn't think it could get any worse, well hey presto it did. I and many others have been conned out of our money by fighting over our favourites by a despicable show.
I spent more than I have ever done in getting Chloe out and my favourite to win because of the way this show has been rigged. Never again. I have finished now and any decent person will feel the same. Let's leave it to the TOWIE fans to watch it cos that's what its descended to - a scripted show and we have been dumb enough to fall for this scam.

I'm going to be honest and say I have no idea why you spent lots of "not-Chloe" money. Most people on here have been aware of what we might call the "manipulation" for several series and there have been plenty of warning threads.
This reminds me of those numerous stories we see of old people who hide all their ££££ under the mattress and then get burgled - it doesn't seem to matter how many times, or how loudly, the warnings are made... people carry on doing it.
Viewers see: all the sudden and bizarre "twists" and evictions but virtually no live feed; that most of the HMs have connections to BB stalwarts; that a production chief tweets he hopes Chloe will win; the truth of the back stories of HMs as uncovered by sleuth FMs... and still they spend their money on it.
Anyway, welcome to Reality.

Oh come of it, after Helen who has to be one of the most disliked women (second to Hopkins) in the country winning do you honestly believe any of this is real. I stopped voting years ago because I didn't like BB changing the nom rules to suit their perceived favourite and I made the right decision because now it's gone much further than just fiddling with nominations. I think most people can pick the winner on the first night and not because of their popularity. And this is not sour grapes because Chloe won because my only desire was that Joel did not win, I genuinely feel BB is completely rigged and scripted.

As soon as I realised the way it was going, I spent a fiver on Marc winning, I was so sure he was being protected and the Golden HM.......oh well, lost a fiver on a bet, but that is all.

Last years BB was like a glorified soap opera, so clearly staged and badly acted that I decided not to waste my money on voting, but on a fiver bet instead, but I lost then too.

Anyone who voted for Jack or Chloe, only for those votes to be ignored and the HMs given the decision, should have demanded their money back.

Some are 'conned' into voting for Chloe, others are 'conned' into voting her out.

My epiphany was 9 years ago when I voted Nikki out and they put her back in.

Unless it's free I never vote on these shows.

I voted to get Marc out, it worked, didn't vote again.

I finally learnt from last year Jennyloo after the Helen fiasco. I spent money on Ashleigh to win and it was never going to happen. This show is a joke, you get sucked in and end up wasting money. I also turned off and I can honestly say I haven't missed it. I would miss the forum though it is even harder to break that habit.

Good post wotnot. I also stopped voting after Nikki was sent back in (she was my favourite hm btw) then I got sucked back in to vote for Deana. I hate it that I have wasted money I could have given to charity but last year was the final straw.

But there, you see, is the flaw in the "manipulation of a favourite to win" argument. Everyone was banging in about how the entire series was being manipulated for Marc to stay in to the end and was the only possible winner... And then he got evicted.

Far too many on DS take this show far too seriously and make themselves look silly.

As for those who actually spend money on voting - more fool you!

Just treat it as a bit of light entertainment.

And well done for that, as he took all the entertainment with him when he walked out of the door - for me and many, many others, he WAS this year's BB. As usual, only the dull ones were left - Joel excepted - same every single year.

She deserved to win IMO.

Like I said on another thread, I trust the opinion of housemates who lived with her for 66 days far more, than biased FM's on here.

They haven't conned me. I haven't voted for years and only ever voted for the final when I used to vote.

Since BB has been on Channel 5 there has been so much manipulation that there is no point in voting.

You seem to know that so why on earth have you been wasting your money?

still can't believe she won... bland, safe, boring although appears a nice person... when online polls have Joel 10% ahead and ALL the bookmakers have him odds on favourite all day and right up to the final two - somethng stinks imo

All six finalists got on - as you say, it's the biased FM's that had nasty words to say... ie. Joel apparently is pompous and creepy - not according to the housemates...
Good luck on her - i just didn't see it coming (though Jack/Joel would be final two)

I seem to watch BB to see how it is manipulated more than watching the h/m's

Exactly this and nobody was 'conned'.
I'd like someone to name me one 'perfect' housemate who didn't possess positive and negative sides to their personality. If you're gonna condemn every housemate for their imperfections then who the hell was left?
I liked Marc even though he wasn't perfect. For me the positive outweighed the bad. Could the same not possibly apply to Chloe??? Personally the negative for her outweighed the good but everyone is entitled to their own perspectives and can vote accordingly on the values and traits they prefer in a housemate. We have to put up with this every soddin' year no matter who stays, who goes, who loses, who wins.

Who the hell do you think you are telling people they have been conned and calling people who voted Chloe stupid. I also wouldnt waste my money voting anymore and havent for a long time Just because your preferred H/M didnt win does not give you the right to insult any one who voted for Chloe. It is people like you who should be removed from this forum permanently. You are breaking the rules of DS by insulting and baiting other users.

The point is that one person's idea of 'entertaining' isn't another's. That's why he was voted out.
