Surely the end of the conspiracy theories
Well that's two years in a row where a female has won. Surely that must put paid to the anti-female bias conspiracy theories. Of will it?

2. Who wins isn't the only thing to consider. For example, very tear, including this one, the first HM voted out was a woman, and this year had only one woman in the final (while most other years had more). |

Chloe won...but for the last 4 weeks she was the only female left from those who walked in on launch night.

The general voting public does not decide the winner...money does. If it was one vote per person the recent BB results would be completely different.

She wasn't the only female in the house though. And so what anyway - she won. Surely that's the ultimate goal and for two years running a female has won Last year the runner up was a female too. What difference does it make which sex is voted out first? Assuming the numbers are equal it's a 50/50 chance.
Put another way, 6 of the first 7 voted out (or 7 of the first 8 if you count the twins as 2) were female. |

Sixteen years of Big Brother, sixteen times the first evicted housemate has been female.
But yeah, there's no sexism AT ALL in British society... Chloe won by looking no-threatening and being completely asexual. |

My post yesterday stated why Chloe had it in the bag and it bloody annoys me...but I let my head over rule my heart and had a good bet on Chloe and won a nice amount.
After seeing photographs of Rolex watches etc I felt sure there was going to be serious money spent on phone votes and I believe I was correct. It is thinking outside the box. |

thats as likely as some in this forum not willingly dance along with any old fantasists playground invention
this year we had the same old names.. ridiculously claiming "cashbomb was because they ran out of money rushing in all the legends" claiming "crisis talks" and "last minute fixes" when it's more than clear it all ran to the pre-launch rumours. they like to re-imagine the past, invent the future and have a good giggle in their own little bubble of b/s and that will never end... just as this, last and every series for the last 5 years was "the last i am ever watching" |

I totally agree with you on this. I've always thought it should be one vote per person.

Well you could say it's sexism or you could say 16/16 is a fairly large pool of data to confirm that women tend to be more nutty and annoying than men (initially!)

How often have we not had any choice, other than a woman, for the first eviction?
We only seem to manage to get any men out first with celeb BB. |

So if there is an anti-female bias on BB does it not apply to CBB?
![]() The only two that I can remember are Chris Eubanks and Andrew Stone, both very odd characters. I do wonder what would have happened if Simon had stayed and been one of the first nominees. We could have had our first civilian male first evictee. |
