did you see the big "lines closed" on the screen or the warning by emma on only having minutes to call? how did they relate to when you actually tried to call? only you can be sure if the message was on screen before or after and you dont appear to have noticed the screen warnings or you would have said so... but did they reopen for the top 2 ?
