I loved the Esther/Trevor/Grace dynamic until they ruined it with Grim and of course they had to go down the cliché route of Esther wanting to keep the baby.

Doesn't Trevor still have rights? He's the biological dad and he has evidence. She can't legally keep him away, so what does Ester expect to happen? Trevor will get to see the baby and Grace will just have to put up with her son being raised by someone else and her husband having access? Good luck explaining that to the kid when he's older.
I think Dylan is the first person to mention incest to Nico, but that was low.. however Nico is being very childish in seeking revenge all the time.

Esther may get GHKed. You never know. I actually still want Esther in the show. The baby is biologically Grace & Trevor's.

I agree. I hate how heartless Esther has come across. You hear stories all the time about surrogates still visiting the baby after they've given them to their parents. Esther and Grace live right next to each other and were really good friends. Grace wouldn't have been the type of person to cut the baby completely out of Esther's life the minute she gave birth. Grace would have been more than happy to let Esther visit the baby anytime she wanted. I hated how heartless Esther came across when she said to Grace 'You can come and visit.' That's her baby FFS your taking, not a t-shirt

Yeah ... Esther has parental rights since she gave birth (regardless of where the egg came from) but surely Trevor should have the same legal rights as any father?

Exactly. What does she plan on telling him? How does she think she can let his mum visit him without him knowing? Who is that fair on? Surrogates keeping the child like that just doesn't make sense.

I think that's how it works. It seems to be one of the few times that biological dads have it better than biological mums regarding the law.
