Exactly. What does she plan on telling him? How does she think she can let his mum visit him without him knowing? Who is that fair on? Surrogates keeping the child like that just doesn't make sense.

I think that's how it works. It seems to be one of the few times that biological dads have it better than biological mums regarding the law.
