Jane has became really cold don't seem to care about others that's innocent . When only a few years ago she was kind soft caring. So do you like the new wicked Jane as I call her or you still prefer the kind one.
I still like her but I'm aware I'm obviously in a minority now, I find her endearing (always the best characters) and I'm intrigued to see how far she will go to protect her son.
I started hating her from the moment she pushed a wedge between cindy and beth now i want to see her suffer a slow and painful death. Shes an evil b***h who doesnt suit the role. Ben is young and ians brother and bobbys uncle... Letting an innocent go down its bad itself but someone who is family and sensititivw who is young thenselves is a real low!
I love it, she's been given a fresh direction. Bobby killing Lucy was always going to change her and make her reasoning go all over the place. It's also providing good drama wiyh Ian having to choose between Ben and Bobby.
It's still the same Jane but we're seeing her go to extreme lengths to protect her son.
I'm actually finding the storyline really interesting. I don't understand this mentality that any character who does a bad thing must immediately be gotten rid of without the story/repercussions playing out first.
I can understand her wanting to protect her son initially but the fact that she's willing, and seemingly without even a moments though, to let an innocent person go down for murder is overstepping the mark if you ask me.

Surely that's the whole point though....she hasn't thought about it....she's acted irrationally in a desperate attempt to protect her so.....in other words 'in the heat of the moment'.
