I hope Jack goes on a diet

He's such a genuine, kind, funny young man. He deserves the very best in life.

I'd love to see him slim. I wish he had won.

I'm also happy he nabbed the 24 grand. If anyone else had taken it I wouldn't have been happy.

Jack was the most entertaining of the series!

Is it just me or in the after eviction pics did he look bigger than when he went in?

I thought they were all starving most of the time so he should have lost weight?

I think he would look great with a bit of weight off and would probably attract a lot of female attention.

I agree with you. I can't understand why just because he lost his way in the house at the start people suddenly turned on him. So what if he was grumpy and a moaner and thought he was favourite, at least he wasn't a fence sitter trying to be Mr perfect. He showed us all sides to him and not just one side. Well done him for winning that money and making his stay worth it in the BB house.

As for him losing the weight I hope he does just to boost his confidence a little. I would love to see him do a work out video as it's always the females or men that are already fit, It would be so funny.

Me too, he always looks so self conscious and embarrassed, I think if he lost a bit of weight he might feel a bit more confident. Plus it wouldn't do his health any harm to lose a few stone. He seems to be a lovely bloke, a bit grumpy but hey who's perfect, would love to see him meet a nice girl 😊

almost everytime I saw jack he was eating, he even had left over pizza by the side of his bed so he could nibble on it through out the nite & was his waking up snack before his breakfast.

Jack needs help urgent, he is eating out of habit not for need.
A simple diet or medical intervention won't help Jack, he needs psychological help

I think Jack will lose a bit of weight now that he's out. He'll only have put on weight in the house because he was so inactive. Lots of people who go in there end up putting on weight. It's only the ones who love keeping fit that may not put on much weight at all.

If he really wants to lose weight he will it has got to be his decison, if he is put under pressure it wont work, most of the HMS put weight on when they are in the house they say it every year,I thought Chloe put on a lot of weight,Jack was my favourite to win but glad he got the money,he is a nice kind guy.

He is on a diet....of processed crap.

One should not use that term. Jack merely needs to adhere to a healthier lifestyle and stop poisoning himself with chemical rubbish.

According to his twitter feed, he was waiting on a takeaway, so doesn't look like this is on Jack's mind.

His height would help him in losing weight as he probably wouldn't need to lose more than some one around 5ft 6.

^^

If he slimmed down to 14 stone he's gonna look about 7 feet tall.

people like him don't have the mental strength to lose weight.

also working in a fast food resturant won't help - it's like an alcoholic living in a brewery

he'll be a pachyderm forever

he loves eating and hates fitness, so this is never going to happen, good luck to him, loving food is his hobby

I didn't know he is 23. That's age, not his weight. I thought he was only 19.

Lovin' food doesn't mean one has to pile it on yer plate.

You are right and it seems like some people don't understand the psychological factors that lead to or contribute to obesity for some people. Strange that some dismiss this when all they have to do is talk to a physician or just use google. There is plenty of evidence to support this and that is why prior to gastric surgery for weight loss, patients are required to undergo psychiatric testing (at least in most facilities and with most insurance plans in the USA). Jack seemed to hoard food and stress eat (or comfort eat). I won't be surprised, if he has a gambling problem, that he also had a food "problem".

From a pure medical standpoint, his weight is not healthy and he NEEDS to loose weight---straight up medical advice from a physician. Not an opinion but a fact--he is unhealthy at that weight--major risk factor for stroke, heart attack, obstructive sleep apnea, diabetes, etc...
