That's not strictly true - she was 27 when she appeared in BB 2012.

She has had a crazy life and 'started out young' - she gives the impression of being older that 29 but I believe it is her true age.


ETA: In 2006 she dated Simon Cowell - she was around 20 or 21 then - I don't think she's ever lied about her age.

I seem to think at the time she dated Cowell it was considered legit and feasible that she was 20/21 which would corroborate her age. Unfortunately I think her appearance leads people to assume she's older than she actually is. Being 'too' thin can (in some cases) be quite aging.
