Is it possible that Bryant is going to convince Phil to pin the murder on Lucy as revenge for Emma, and so that Ben will go free?

This was my first thought after Bryant and Max's conversation in the mini mart, and when he got Phil to accompany him into the house alone.

I was hoping that the Police would 'find' a big bag of illegal drugs at Castle Philth.

If this happens, and DS Malachy fits up Max, it stops Beale and Cindy going completely down the road of no return by framing Ben... though there's no hope for McBeale, of course.
