Only way out for him is for something to happen to Chrissie and Lawrence. Let's face it Robert's character is much bigger than their supporting roles.

At this stage it's not known if he murders Paddy. It says in TV Choice mag that he shoots him but not if he dies from the shooting, he may live.

But he doesn't have the potential longevity of Lawrence and Chrissie.

He could have longevity. It's all down to who knows about his involvement. Firstly there is no proof he "murdered" Katie, let's face it, she fell, he didn't really murder her. This will all depend on whether Aaron tells someone that Robert was there when Katie fell.
Aaron has been close to telling Paddy this, but hasn't got to the punchline yet.
As for Paddy, no doubt he will wake up with amnesia or something ridiculous or Aaron could beg him to not blab on his lover even though he does appear to be chained to a radiator.

It still wasn't murder. she fell and there is no evidence she was pushed. What will he confess? That he was there. Even Robert knows himself that he did not murder her.
