I like this artist, but it is a shame she has gone from releasing good songs like 'Battlefield' and 'One Step at a time', to songs like 'double tap' and 'Right here right now'. I know it is good for artists to take risks and go in an new direction, but this new direction does not suit Jordin in my opinion and doesn't work for her. It is a shame, because Jordin is very talented. What do you think about Jordin Spark's new direction with music?

I quite liked "Double Tap" although I can't imagine it doing that well on the charts.

Right here right now is a big pile of turd.

I really like her. But her last album flopped and she's been MIA for a few years bar a few forgettable movie roles. I will be surprised if she does well. Compared to Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Fantasia Barrino, she's very middle of the road. Just another pop star with a good voice. She lacks that oomf.

She's had some great songs, and I love her second album. It's a shame it didn't do better.

I listened to Double Tap a while ago. I can't remember what it sounded like but I remember I didn't like it.

She lacks artistry. When you don't write/produce your own music, you're stuck in a limbo of waiting for your management to throw decent songs at you. Many artists get lucky with this, such as Rihanna, but lesser artists like Jordin Sparks, Ciara, Christina Milian et al tend to fade into obscurity because they have nothing to release.

I like a few of her early songs. "Tattoo" takes me back! It was a letdown for me to learn that the chorus of "SOS" is taken from another song ("Let The Music Play" by Shannon). It's the best part!

I quite like both the songs. Not amazing but u enjoy them enough, however this is not Jordins style at all. She should go back to more battlefield type stuff, I liked that album

It Ain't You is my favourite song from this era thus far.
