His real account hasn't been suspended. I think you may have been talking about the fake one that existed a couple of weeks ago.

Easily done, & much less silly than the fact 2 ex-HMs mistook a Sarah fan's twitter for her real one, when a glance at their account would tell you (ie not even someone trying to seem as if they were her) - staggeringly dim.
