I actually enjoyed it. Might not have have agreed with all of it but that's to be expected. And if Helen are Mark are interested in each other in that way? I say good for them, everybody deserves to be loved.

She said only Jack, Joel, Harry and Marc delivered as housemates... chuck in Jade and Nick, I'd fully agree, tbh.

I never thought I would agree with Helen but I do completely, Danny was a bellend and should have been thrown out for his aggression. I agree about some of the last six being rabid game players and fakes too. I liked her a lot more in time bomb actually and i got her for the first time. i still dont like her much but she is honest.

Helen doesn't write it, she gives her comments and an entertainment reporter for DS writes the article as if it was Helen.

But why are her columns so long? They always go on and on. Presumably they're not in the printed version of the Star. Tabloids are quite clever at maximising their use of space.

By "honest", you just seem to mean that you agree. I don't think there's any other way to make out that she's "honest".

What on earth should Danny have been thrown out for? I can't think of anything Danny did that ever got any HM thrown out. Even Helen was worse, without being thrown out.

And so what if the last six were "rabid game players and fakes too" (a dubious claim, but suppose it's true), how would that be cheating?

I've started reading her articles since she left the house this year, and I like them, she has to tell the truth otherwise the Daily Star would face massive legal bills, so they are a great source of behind the scenes behaviour of other HMs from her point of view.

And as for Marc and Helen having a snog etc, so what, theyre both young and they didn't pretend to be anything but themselves in the house, so I say fair dues to them, they're having fun and can't be accused of a showmance as they waited till leaving the house to get it on Helen was over in Dublin for the weekend and was a guest along with Marc of a big nightclub in Dublins Temple Bar, thats who snapped the photo

No she cheated. She accepted the pass to the final - this gave her free reign to behave as she wanted. If she was "honest" she would have declined the pass and went through her BB journey as normal. She was given numerous warnings for her aggressive behaviour - I believe it was 28+ - whilst in the house.

So naeive! Facts of the matter is that folk rarely seek legal action against the media. And when they do it rarely gets to court and an out of court settlement is made/or a publishing deal is made where negative articles are not printed. The media print and then pay later. The cost of lies doesnt cost the media much. Facts.

If she's honest why has she made an unsubstantiated claim that the Wisker family have sought legal action against C5 - where did she get this information from? She procedes to bash 2 people who have not put themselves into the public arena. If she is honest why does she misrepresent things? And why she pretend she has friends?

Can you describe something specific that Danny did and then name a housemate or housemates were were thrown for anything very similar? I can't.

In this case, yes it has to be, she is naming particular people in particular situation, all covered by cameras, printing lies would be suicide for the paper.

You're talking about last year whilst the rest of us are talking this year, and yes I agree with your nana, although its nothing new to know that there is someone out there for everyone, thats what makes the world go around, differing views, differing opinions, differing personalities etc etc the lists go on

I'm going to be uncharacteristically charitable about one of Helen's columns (even though I've only read about 4) and agree with a lot of what she's said. But (haha), the same could be said for her cohort of fame hungry, self-promoting, lying, grifters she had in her year. The biggest being her pals, Steven and Kimberley in particular.

Most of what she has written in this particular article is her opinion and not facts anyway. That's she's a columnist (of sorts) and not a news reporter. Fact checking and corroboration wouldn't even figure here.

Like I said very few people take legal action because it is expensive business. Jasmine has claimed that Harry was violent and had to be removed to be calmed down.

The only physical aggression I've seen get flung out is Daley. I was watching YT BB fights and Gina appears to lash out in the midst of an argument and catch Hazel slightly in the head - she wasn't kicked out.

Danny beat up on some boxes, after Helen made up a drug lie, and got in Marc's face and was spoken to by BB two times. Helen threw something after Nikki told her off. Chloe flung a can after marc and was going to beat him up, so she got locked in the DR.

BB only acts if they feel there will be violence and will remove if the recipient feels that a threat of violence will occur it seems.

As much as it pains me to agree with her, she is absolutely spot on there.

What does Helen even say about happened in the house? She doesn't mention anything that would be cheating; and doesn't even seem to be talking about cheating in the house. Instead, she says "I feel like the BB16 housemates cheated their way into the show" and all she seems to mean is that in her opinion they misled BB during auditions; and all she seems to mean by that is that, in her opinion, they didn't live up to their VTs.

Not necessarily. Think someone has pointed out on this thread several reasons why recourse to the law doesn't really figure here. They're more likely to sound out on social media and the wheel keeps spinning.
