I have complained about Eastenders being poor for ages but I did enjoy the latest episode!

I've loved the last few episodes. Everything elevates when these characters and this storyline is at the forefront.

A hell of a lot going on and a lot to look forward to.

Really good episode last night. Marsden, Keeble & Richie are the best 3 recurring characters in the show. The Sharon & Ian scenes were nice, too.

Christopher Reason & Daran Little are easily the best two writers of EastEnders.

As soon as the focus returns to the Beales and Mitchells the quality always goes up. Nice to see Carol and Max involved in the proceedings too. I don't know why DTC continues to dick around with boring characters like Shirley and Mick when there are more interesting characters to choose from. I don't know why he gives good characters like Stacey boring storylines either but there you go.
