Surely Bobby must suspect Jane and Ian of killing Lucy...

All of that eavesdropping on Ian and Jane's conversations about covering up and all of the business with the phone and purse... I thought the storyline was heading towards Bobby actually being convinced Ian and Jane murdered Lucy but then the ending didn't really fit with that theory.

Surely Bobby must realise he killed Lucy.

What a great twist that would be! Clever thinking Stube. Bobby turning Jane and Ian in! Cindy going along with it.

Of course he should. He bangs his sister over the head and she doesn't wake up. He panics and calls his mother, so he knew something was wrong. Then he finds out the next day she's dead.

I suppose the only thing in his mind that he didn't do it is that she was found on the common. He obviously hasn't twigged she was moved, so believes she went there of her own accord.

But seriously, even if Ian and Jane manage to cover it successfully, give it a year or two and he'll piece it together himself anyway.

Obviously not, he doesn't seem to remember him killing his own sister and he 12 which makes it worse.

God I thought he was 10. A 12 year old knows when someone is dead or not!

Yes but if your mummy keeps telling you that you didn't and have done nothing wrong then eventually you will believe it.

No, I'm fairly certain I'd have known before I called my mother to come wake my dead sister that she was in fact my dead sister. Quite clearly he knew he had hurt her.

I'd imagine he thought that he had knocked her unconscious

That is where I think the storyline is going, he did knock her out but she came round and somebody else came into the house and finished her off. Max was loitering outside the house on the flashback but you never saw where he went,

True, but he knows she died of a knock to the head. I just think they're expecting us to except very little from him.

Thanks! It would truly make this storyline even darker which would be great.

He was 10 when Lucy was murdered.

He's 12 on the 24th July according to the EastEnders website.

I don't think he's realised yet. The move to the common is a big factor with that, I think.

Bobby keeps overhearing the grown-ups talking. He must be piecing quite a bit together. I wonder who will be incriminated by the phone's records.
