I miss him too. They should have let him be himself rather than force him in to what they wanted him to be.

He was, at least, a part of BB history, with a genuine connection to the show in it's original format

Unlike Willis ... a ruthlessly ambitious opportunist, who has used BB as nothing more than a career stepping -stone

In the Brian Dowling v. Rylan battle, Dowling wins in a KO every single time.

His sexuaĺ inuendos made me cringe, and so did this --> "JUST SAYIN"

I really enjoyed the way he perved over young men, touching them and making unwanted sexual innuendos. If a straight man behaved in such a way he'd be accused of being sexiest and fired.

This exactly! I have never been a huge fan of Brian but when he first started doing BB I thought he was very good and very natural but after a whole he became almost robotic and every movement, action and word was over scripted. Although anyone would be better than Rylan!

I wasn't keen on him as a presenter

I remember when Tara Reid got a bit bitchy with him during her exit interview, but he did keep speaking over a few times though

I believe if he started BOTS he'd still be there now.

He would have been better in BOTs as opposed as the main presenter. He would have suited a more 'ad lib' performance role.

He was just a bit flustered and chaotic presenting the eviction shows - I always felt a bit on edge waiting for something to go wrong.

So ........although I think he'd have been good on BOTS - I really do feel Rylan is the best thing since sliced bread. He was made for the role of BOTS presenter IMO.

I miss Brian though - he's never even on the BOTS panel - it seems all or nothing with him.

I did like the idea of a former BB housemate presenting the show, it gave it some much needed credibility/class/respectability to proceedings rather than the floozies (Emma and Davina who have no idea what a housemate goes through) presenting the show.

I couldn't take to him as the main presenter, I agree with others who said he would have suited BBOTS much more.

I actually love Emma as the main host.

He was the chosen one as Davina's choice, not Emma Willis.

Bosses have more recently said that Emma is the true successor to Davina.

Brian was a mistake. He's not a very good presenter, and was incredibly boring to watch.

I thought Brian was decent considering he wasn't a natural tv presenter. Preferred him to Emma

Both Willis and Downling were cheap options for cheapo CH5.
