The tension for some residents reaches epic proportions as the fallout from Ben's arrest causes a dramatic domino effect .One resident in particular begins to doubt their own take oon the events of good Friday resulting in a shocker of a decision .

Your not alone -it does seem that their getting better at avoiding a totally plot dry uneventful summer which was what I'd feared. 👍

They had their best writers and cast focusing on the anniversary and then meant that afterwards we had to deal with the dregs. I was actually close to turning off, but the show seems to be stepping up again.

Yeah I'd second that -I think a quiet summer after a mediocre spring would have been incredibly bad for the show but thankfully we've swerved that.

if the bbc had more money i would have asked for two writing teams, one for the LB murder and another for the normal story lines as what dtc tried to do is brilliant yet complicated and we ended up with some naff plots as a result..
