Love these characters. Very good actresses. Should be given their own series.

Cagney and Lacey surely. Forget the Kat and Alfie spin off; I want Keeble and Marsden!

As long as Richie Scott is included in any spin off show, I'll be happy. Love her.

A Cagney & Lacey-style spin off with Marsden and Keeble coming up against East End villains and hard-faced lawyers (Richie) would be utterly fabulous.

I'd love to see a Marsden and Keeble spin-off. Both played by formidable actresses!

Get Ritchie Scott, Marcus Christie, DS Cameron Bryant, DS Holt and PC Evans in on the act as well and we'd have a bloody good show!

They are fantastic. There's a lot I don't like about the Lucy story but most of the police stuff has been stunning.

I'm glad to see some fun injected into the police station. It must have been an awful place to work when that utterly inept harlot Summerhayes was winning them awards for incompetence. Couldn't even detect her way across a road.

They're like the T Rex and the SuperDuperSoar biting chunks out of each other at the end of Jurassic World!

I love Keeble, Marsden and Bryant I would love a spin off or for them to become regulars, I can see Marsden living in the new flats stalking Phil from across the square

They should move into Max's house. They're a very good pairing I have to say.

Great analogy

I love how we are slowly finding out more about them and Richie. They have finally realised that we like seeing these three on screen.

Seconded. I'd love to see a spin off show with Keeble, Marsden and Richie.

Fantastic actresses and really well written characters.

I've always thought Marsden was gay - and with Alison Newman having played the fantastic Hazel in Footballes Wives I'd love to see Keeble & Marsden the new power lesbian couple of the square. Could buy the Slater house. I'd love them to be regulars!

Marsden is straight and married. Richie on the other hand is a lesbian. Don't think we know Keebles marital status or sexuality.

Isn't it funny that 4 characters who aren't main characters have carried the show in the last few episodes. Imo anyway, and also imo these episodes have been the best ones I've seen all year!

I know it's always been that she's straight and married - I'm just saying she's always given me that vibe - and seeing her and Keeble together has made me think it could be good. Especially having two coppers living on the square! Would give a different dynamic to the multiple daily crimes committed! The last interesting copper we had was Jill Halfpenny and then they had her shag Phil and give up a lifetime's career to work in that Nail Bar lol

I remember Harry Hill used to use that 'Gay Bar' song and reference it all the time - "I wonder what ex-copper Kate has been up to this week in Eastenders... Oh, she's in the NAIL BAR, NAIL BAR, NAIL BAR!" Pmfsl

They are so good, Eastenders have always been the best soap in having some great support characters over the years but Marsden and Keeble really are the best we have had, a spin off with them would be fantastic! You can see DTC realises there popularity by giving them scenes on there own and Chris Reason is a great writer for supporting cast, he wrote the brilliant Tracey rant about the Mitchells a few years ago, he must have loved doing these scripts.
