Not if Keeble and Bryant stitch him up first. But Abi has been a bitch to her father recently so nothing would surprise me about the lengths she'd go to help out a guy who's not even into her. She's a mug and a disloyal one (to her family). I don't care if Max has made mistakes in the past he wouldn't deserve that.

Ain't you forgetting that Abi helping Max clean up Lucy's blood is clearly perverting the course of justice at a minimum (since she know about Lucy murder by then) and Abi still has motive to cause Lucy harm and she did "batter" her and Max is her alibi. If she tries to frame Max she will be charged with murder as well (joint enterprise at the least ) since it going to come out she "batter" Lucy (there is probably a witness) and doesn't Liam (as well as David) know Max deleted the CCTV for at the least the time frame Lucy was murdered.
Overlooking the fact that her relationship with Ben is charade and that each reincarnation of Ben has come out to her and even pushed back her advances why would she risk going to prison to protect Ben?

WAIT! - I didn't know that Paul was diabetic(I know that the actor is diabetic irl.) I really like this idea. This whole Ben/Paul storyline is the reason why I'm 100% that Ben won't go down for Lucy's murder. The producers told us that they are going to have a 'hot' summer, whatever that means.

I think we all can agree that Max will be framed for Lucy's murder since Jake Wood is leaving for a year, the question is, how are they going catch/frame him?
Does Phil frame him(for obvious reasons)? Does Abi rat him out?

Yeah, I agree with this. I just can't see Max getting arrested for this because Lauren would not let him get blamed for it. Not that I don't believe that Abi wouldn't attempt to frame him for it - she's a right little headcase now.

If Abi snitched on Max it would alienate her from the family massively. She'd be left with no one when she learns about Ben's affair.

And Abi will be like as some else has already posted all Dr No saying "Do you really expect me to help you out Dad? I mean you just slept with Stacey last week!" I think he will sleep with Stacey again this summer because they have had a few cosy scenes recently when he has been really understanding and kind to her. Anyway Abi will continue to rant at Max "I can't believe you've done this again! Mum was right about you! You deserve everything you get and your gonna get it in prison" whilst stroking the afore mentioned guinea pig as am sure Abi has a guinea pig and not a cat.

Nope I didn't forget, I certainly considered that abi I could get arrested however she may not consider it or she may not care or she may twist it by saying Max threatened her.,
