Cheap back up phone charge via UBS

Can anyone recommend a Cheap back up phone charges via UBS. I would really like a non smart phone to keep size and cost down and for the really long battery life.

BTW, by charges via UBS I mean a lead that plugs into a USB socket and then can charge. The phone socket doesn't have to be USB. I have tried a few of my real old phones that hAve data cables but none of them appear to charge via UBS.
