Would like to know what is a good healthy water option for cats outside as i have a tap outside which is joined to bathroom but can't leave it running all the time obviously so been putting some bowls out there but know they can catch worms like this when sharing. As im a rescuer of them ( no pro tho) but not sure what to do about the water situation?

I have a family of 12 and a friend of theirs outside which i try my best.

Before someone says please get them spayed.....already done!

Looking for a not too expensive reliable outdoor cat or dog water dispenser that has been proven to be safe in the uk.

In my experience all you can do is make sure your cats always have fresh water available. What they chose to drink, however, is a different matter. Cats I've had in the past have variously drunk from sinks, toilets ( no cleaning agents in our loos! ), puddles, bird baths and so on.
