only changed my broadband to BT this week. Have gone to look at my email this morning and i cant seem to get into any BT webpages. They all say the webpage is not available. The rest of my internet seems to be working fine.

Is BT down in general at the moment? or do i have issues?

Down for me too. Looks like they have a problem.

Well, you obviously still have internet access, so at least that is not affected. It appears it's just their site that is down. I use BTTV and that is fine.

I imagine it will be back up soon.

And (as just mentioned) it is now back working again.

what has 1 website being down got to do with them providing Internet access as your isp.

well 3 weeks after the thread was posted thanks for your response. I was querying whether the bt site was down as that was how i was accessing my email at the time.

Believe it or not, 2 days after changing to a new service provider and one of the key features was down wasnt a great start but thanks for your input. It may have been useful at the time.
