Gus and Juley Smith . I still don't know how Gus managed to last on EE so long. I swear he was around for 5 or 6 years.
Keith Miller. A useless, lazy scrounger. |

I struggle with actors who are cast for their looks over talent. A few that spring to mind: Tyler and Anthony Moon, Dean Wicks, Peter Beale 2.0, Callum the rubbish villain on Corrie etc.
I think the most pointless character ever has to be Callum Monks who popped up on Eastenders for about five minutes with his dad Bobby Davro, and then disappeared. What was that all about?! Also cannot STAND Mary on Corrie as she is pathetically unfunny. |

Soap Characters I hate:
Bridget "Didge" Parker - selfish, self-obsessed and didn't seem to care for anyone else. Apart from the famous "Oh. No. Poor. Libby." line, I remember when she talked Declan into releasing balloon with all the things they need to let go of to "save" their relationship, there was a big bunch of balloons labelled with things like "Mum and Dad's problems" and "Riley Leaving" - ie Bridget's problems and hang-ups. She made Declan let go of his professional Aussie Rules Career. Yep - one measley balloon and something that could have made him rich and famous. Sonia Fowler - I didn't care either way about Sonia until she and Martin married and she started arguing with Pauline. Pauline was written as a very unsympathetic character and Sonia was always right. Then she decided to be a lesbian and never seemed to understand why this would (a) hurt Martin and (b) make him want to hurt her back. She has not improved. Tina McIntyre - I never really warmed to the character and then she seemed to be shoehorned into stories because TPTB wanted Michelle Keegan on screen. Then there was the awful surrogate storyline and affair with Peter. Michael Roswell - he's a bit wet and pointless. Normally this would just make me dislike him, but unfortunately Les Dennis has one of those voices that just sets my teeth on edge, always has, so I hate Michael. Alfie Moon - Can't stand him nor the way other characters laugh off any criminal acts as if they were no more serious than spilling the milk. |

EastEnders:
Anthony and Tyler Moon - Kirkwood marketed these two as 'the next Mitchell brothers'. Hilariously deluded. They were so bad they made me cringe inside. Derek Branning - the worst 'gangster' the show has ever seen. Laughable. Joey Branning - had the lethal combination of being thick, unpleasant AND boring. Also played by possibly the worst actor EastEnders has ever seen. His attempts at impersonating Jake Wood's mannerisms and voice in every scene just made me cringe. Jack Branning - Cardboard cut-out with no personality to speak of. All he did was get Mitchell women pregnant. The Ferreiras - all of them were boring as hell. Ruby Allen - annoying in every scene she appeared in. Callum Monks - had the personality of a brick wall. Deano Wicks - stupid and annoying in his first stint. A rapist in his second. Sonia Fowler - self-righteous hypocrite. Can't stand her and never could. Juley Smith - How this character was given a reprieve after being axed the first time round is astounding. Just terrible in every way. |

At the moment I'm currently finding it hard to think of anyone I have despised quite as much as Camp Callum in Corrie. A revolting piece of scum who is seriously ruining my enjoyment of the show. He ruined the Deirdre eps for me.

Vanessa (the character) is an immoral slut. She coerced her happily married friend Rhona into a lesbian relationship by plying her with drugs; when that ended, she took a schoolboy into her bed; when that ended she had sex with her friend's fiancee. Urghhh.

For some reason I don't put Dean Wicks in the same category as Tyler, Anthony and Joey. Yeah they're all pretty boys, but I think even Dean is a step above those three. He's not the best actor in the world and his first stint was pretty naff. But aside from the criminal conviction he was never promoted as this massive character the way the Moon brothers were and who flopped pretty quickly. As much as I hate the character, it would've been 100x more unbearable if e.g. David Witts (Joey Branning) was in such a role.
That said, I am counting the days for Dean to go, as the character has just been massacred beyond repair and has held back the Carters for so long. That guy is vile in every sense. |

Adding: The Cokers Sadie and Jake, the 5 minute family The Aussie woman that duped Minty Fatboy and the friend he had when Zsa Zsa was around, another "pretty boy cannot act" Anthony and Tyler Moon must have been the lowpoints and I hate how they were marketed as eye candy as they were not attractive at all Plus Alfie Moon of course |

As somebody who normally likes to be positive on DS I wouldn't usually comment on a thread like this but as somebody who has worked hard for everything they have got I really couldn't stand Keith Miller in Eastenders he is my all-time hate figure. Not one redeeming feature about the man.

EE- Adam Best. The only thing that I remember is that scene in the club when Jack got shot and someone said "Where's Adam?" and Darren Miller said something like "I've found part of him" I remember it being so funny at the time
Does anyone else remember it?
