Phil punches Vincent and he is knocked down on the floor. Looking forward to Phil and Vincent's feud. Phil is the King of Albert Squre and Vincent should never mess with the Mitchells...

I think everyone knew this would happen because we can't have Phil being owned.

tbf I dont think vincent will back down, its says in the article that phil caught him off guard. when Vincent floored phil he also blocked phils punch first. I reckon phil has made a big mistake.

At blooming last!

was starting to be put off Eastenders with having phil on the wrong foot and not in charge but that smack to Max the other day was just the start of resurgence

ooh excited for this but sometimg tell me its not the last of phil v vincent

after claudettes comments in the albert I am even more convinced Gavin is her ex husband and Vincents dad so I think it's going to get interesting

Of course the ageing, decrepit, unfit hard man could floor someone twenty years younger and fitter than him.

Phil sucks btw. He is a weak, pathetic old man with a dodgy ticker (any follow up on that?)

even that pugface Derek was harder than him

DTC, if you wanna redeem yourself for all that Carter bs last year, then just have Phil die or something.... He is sour milk in the Walford cereal bowl

So he punches Max and Vincent in the space of a fortnight? Just need him to punch Mick now and that'll be him have the set of Alpha Males on the square.

If they have Vincent cower to an old has-been like Phil they need to give it up and stop trying to sell us interesting, strong male characters - cause we know that they'll be hobbled by the writers to build Phil up eventually.

Vincent needs to understand that he should never try and get one over on the Mitchells. The Mitchells always win. Always. So it appears that Vincent and Phil's feud is back on and I'm rooting for Phil all the way. I agree with Soap-lea that Gavin Sullivan is Claudette's ex-husband and Vincent's father. Which means Sharon and Vincent could be half brothers and sisters. And it could mean two families go to war. The Mitchells vs The Hubbards

That would be a step too far for me.

With Bincent teaming up with Buster, I think Phil shouldn't get too comfortable.

Vincent is bound to pay back with interest. Otherwise he'll be a laughing stock and we can't have that!

I just hope his pretty face doesn't get damaged!

It will be ongoing. I'm sure Vinnie will get to whack Phil's chinny.

This. Richard Blackwood is black, wouldn't make any sense why they'd cast him as Gavin and Claudette's son if this suggestion is the case.

Not quite... Remember Ian had to rescue Phil from Bobby.
