my theory on Lucy killing

No one person is responsible alone, it was a culmination of all the blows & falls that did her in. She fell in the car lot with Max, Denise hit her, as did Abi, Ben, & then Bobby. ( did I forget some) It is like when one person is shot by a firing squad, all the bullets killed, or being beat up by a gang, they can't say which punch was the fatal one.

I can't remember what the coroners report said.

Yes it was as Lemony Snicket might say a series of unfortunate events...

Jake hit her too I think.

Still can't mistake the evil act that Jane committed though.

Yeah, Jane should go down for her cover up body dump.

Pegs mate, I'm pretty sure what did for Lucy was when that Bob geezer pinned her down, overwhelmed her with his massive bulk, and caved her head in with his rock hard music box a good two-dozen times.

the other hits don't matter

when it came down to it Bobby was the one who dealt the final and fatal blow, in the eyes of the law he be considered the killer regardless of what else happened

I guess I have watched too much csi, or other crime dramas, where there is a conspiracy theory of many blows.

The criminal in all this is Jane. Jane is a sociopath for the way she dealt with Lucy death / body / cover-up etc. Bobby is obviously being set up for 'greater things' in the killer department but he was a kid and he needs help. I'm not convinced this was all set up for Bobby to be the killer originaly. It being Peter but he was unaware that he had dealt a killer blow. Lucy collapsed dead outside and she was moved by Ronnie to cover up for Ben/Jay to get her away from the Square. Peter (actor) leaving will always make me think they had a late rethink but they will never admit it. Peter had a secret in Cornwall and I think they were setting him up for a drugs storyline. Hey we will never know but it would make far more sense than the sieve plot that has been played out. It also explains the abrupt halt to the storyline for 6 months whilst they rethought what the hell they were doing. Jane/Ian scenario is just bizarre. Writers had they worrying about napkins on return from honeymoon!
