perfect ribs

My boys and I love TGI ribs so I've just bought a meaty rack from the butchers to try and copy.
Has any one got a good method for fall off the bone ribs?

Thanks

Poach in a crock pot/slow cooker. Finish in a slow oven or on a BBQ.

As for seasonings, the more the merrier. You can use fruit juice like orange or pineapple to kick things off, some are partial to cola or beer. Some chili powder, garlic, onion and black pepper for seasoning.

Save BBQ sauce for the finish, then be generous. Keep the temp low so that it bakes in, not burns off.

TGI ribs will be cooked elsewhere and heated up. Supermarket ribs will probably be similar.

Well they might do that, I have no inside knowledge. But i'd be extremely surprised if it wasn't basically a glorified ready meal.
