Hoping there's another twist to come and Max gets off. Seems like a bit of a cop-out if it's him, as evidenced by the lack of people who give a damn he'll basically be left to rot until the trial - just like his last false imprisonment 'storyline'.

Whilst Ben would also be quite predictable and would render Ian and Jane more despicable than ever, at least it would have long-lasting ramifications. More entertaining.
