Sky Sports don't stream on the now TV app on Youview. The now TV app just has Sky Movies on demand.

You can't get Now TV's Sky Sports service on a BT/YouView box. Nor can you get the Now Entertainment package or the linear Sky Movies channels, though these are available as a BT subscription add-on.

You can only receive Sky Sports 1&2 via BT with a subscription provided by BT. TalkTalk offer every Sky Sports channel, but, again, this has nothing to do with Now TV. The only Now service available on a YouView box is on-demand Sky Movies.

Neither legal or technical. It's a sound business decision to not allow BT customers access to all of Sky's exclusive entertainment and sports content through their YouView box. They only sell BT what they have to via wholesale - Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 (and this will very likely be changing soon too)

The only reason it would change soon is if sky have to admit they have lost so much high profile sports that they are no longer the key supplier...

Also why would not allowing sky movies on youview be a sound business decision when they already wholesale all the sky movie channels to BT.
